Brader sekalian, data Polda Metrojaya mengatakan bahwa kecelakaan lulintas di Jbodetabek dan sekitarnya pada tahun 2010 sebanyak 6125 kasus dengan 776 orang meninggal, 60 %nya adalah pengendara sepedamotor. Usia 22-30 tahun merupakan korban terbesar laka lalulintas, mereka ini adalah usia produktif yang boleh jadi merupakan harapan keluarga. Alaykah mereka?
Senin kemarin harian Pos Kota mengabarkan bahwa 2 motor beradu, 2 remaja tewas di tempat, 4 lainnya sekarat. Taukah anda bahwa kedua motor tersebut masing-masing dinaiki 3 orang sehingga total ada 6 orang dan tak mengenakan helem, ngebut pula. Kedua pengemudinya tewas seketika akibat benturan keras dan luka dikepala karena tak memakai helem. Kedua pengemudi berumur 18 tahun. Alaykah mereka?

Kedua adalah efek kemacetan yang sering ditimbulkan oleh kecelakaan. Ketiga adalah efek kecelakaan berantai yanng menyebabkan orang lain yang tak bersalah ikut celaka. Lalu masih banyak efek-efek lain menunggu sehingga perlu sedikit direnungi untuk menjadi sruntuler ini. Meski memang tak semua yang kecelakaan itu Alay, huga tak semua Alay celaka. Lalu bukan Alaylah kita!
