Honda Tongolin Tiger Baru atau Suzuki Brojolin GW 250, Duluan Mana Hayo?
Brader sekalian, ditilik dari 2 ATPM yakni Honda dan Suzuki di Indonesia, nampaknya memang santer tersiar kabar bahwa masing-masing ATPM ini hendak mengeluarkan gacoan baru fari genre Naked bike. Suzuki nampaknya bakal mengeluarkan sport naked yang boleh jadi GW 250 seprti dalam statmen Chief Promotion PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS), Harviawan “Untuk saat ini kami masih menggodok untuk kendaraan sport 150-250 cc, namun itu juga masih memikirkan berapa harga yang akan kita lepas di pasaran,Kami memperkirakan harganya antara Rp 30-40 juta, kalau bisa di bawah harga ini. Tapi yang pasti akhir tahun ini kami akan keluarkan skutik tipe baru.” Sementara Honda nampaknya santer hendak merefresh Tiger dengan body dan mesin baru seperti sebuah kata sumber yang dirilis Dapurpacu.com yang enggan disebut namanya. “Tampaknya tahun ini siap dirilis, Mesinnya menggunakan basis dari Honda MegaPro, namun memiliki kubikasi yang berbeda. Saat ini sedang finalisasi pilihan kubikasi 200 cc seperti sekarang atau langsung dilawankan dengan kompetitornya Yamaha Scorpio-Z bermesin 225 cc,”
Ya, masing-masing fihak mengataka akan merilis gacoan baru, Suzuki bilang sedang menggodog 
lalu Honda mengatakan siap merilis tahun ini. Suatu statmen yang layak untuk dibuktikan! Terlepas simpang siur informasi di luar sana tentang si GW 250 ini. Sayangnya statmen Suzuki masih nanggung, 150 atau 250 cc, tuh yang bikin kita dagdig-dug. Ditambah lagi statmen yangpasti keluar adalah skutik, weee, napa nggak bilang si GW 250 yah, biar heboh, kekekekeeek!
Bila kita melihat naga-naganya Honda, seperti biasanya si Honda ini tak bakal lama kalau hendak merilis suatu produk setelah adanya bocoran informasi dari orang dalem, tengoklah apa yang terjadi dengan Honda CBR 250, dari rumor ditambah rikanya hingga munculnya wujud motor ternyata tak butuh wktu lama. Lalu Suzuki malah nyaris tak terdengar, tahu-tahu nongol begitu saja Hayate dan menggebrak dengan ketenaran Bachdim.
James Bons sendiri melihat ini adalah sebuah upaya besar Suzuki untuk memuaskan konsumen, namun bagaimanapun itu harus dikaji secara matang. Bila benar Suzuki menelorkan GW 250, boleh jadi secara performa sangat bersaing, namun secar model nampaknya masih terlalu kaku dan kurang meyakinkan. Jujur saja pengamatan James Bons yang luguini mengatakan desain GW 250 tak lebih spektakuler dari Byson dan Tiger. Nah dari sini tentu Kawasaki memikirkan masak-masak apa yang dilakukannya. Lalu man yang dulu muncul, New Megapro 200 cc atau GW 250, kkekekekkekekekekke?
