Minerva Sachs Racing Championship 2011 Seri 2
Brader sekalian, sekali lagi Minerva Indonesia meunjukkan keberaniannya dengan menggelar OMR ke 2 setelah beberapa waktu lalu sukses menggelar ivent ini di Sentul. Berbarengan dengan Asian Road Racing Championship (ARRC) seri ke 2 di Sirkuit Internasional Sentul, Bogor, PT Minerva Motor Indonesia (MMI) juga menggelar seri lanjutan Minerva Sachs Racing Championship (12/5).
“Di gelaran ARRC seri ke 2 itu sendiri, MSRC akan menjadi race pembuka bagi ajang race terbesar di Asia ini. Bahkan, kami ditunjuk sebagai sponsor resmi event ARRC di Indonesia. Sementara untuk gelaran Minerva Sachs Racing Championship, sekarang sudah memasuki seri ke 2,” jelas Kristianto Goenadi, direktur utama MMI
Sebagaimana event racing sebelunmya, keikutsertaan MMI dalam racing ini adalah sebagai moment persiapan oleh MMI untuk ikut serta meramaikan panasnya persaingan kejurnas motorsport 250cc pada 2012. Juga sebagai ajang pembuktian Megelli 250RE yang cukup tangguh buat digeber habis-habisan selama 12 lap (seri sebelumnya hanya 8 lap).
Ada 15 pembalap nasional dari 5 tim yang siap bertarung memperebutkan podium juara 1. Pembalap-pembalap itu diantaranya adalah Arie Octane, Febrianus Balang, Bram Prasetya, Yohanes Rio Bano, Ivan Atmaja, M. Irvan Zein, Tommy Patria dll.
Selain itu ada 4 pembalap international dari Jepang dan Hongkong, yaitu Nakayama Shintaro dan Kataoka Tadashi (Jepang) juga Wong Chu Yung dan Man Kai tak (Hong Kong).
