Inilah drama serial BBM yang manyak modifikasi variasi layaknya “TUTUR TINULAR VERSI 2011.” Seri pertama dimana semua mobil pribadu harus mengkonsumsi pertamax atau yang ronnya lebih tinggi, setelah rencana matang berikut time linenya, lalu kemudian mentah oleh DPR. Hal ini ditegaskan Direktur Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi (Migas) Kementerian ESDM Evita Legowo, Senin (23/4). “Kalau di bawah 1500 cc seperti 1498 cc tidak terkena aturan ini. Tapi kalau yang 1500 cc, misalnya 1501 cc atau 1502 cc, itu yang akan terkena aturan pengendalian,” katanya saat ditemui wartawan seusai penandatangan nota kesepahaman gas bumi untuk sektor transportasi tahun 2012.Dijelaskannya aturan pengendalian BBM bersubsidi ini bakal berupa Peraturan Menteri (Permen). Pasalnya aturan ini bersifat turunan dari Peraturan Presdien (Pepres) nomor 15 tahun 2012.
Saat diterbitkan 1 Mei nanti, Permen ini tidak akan langsung diterapkan. Setelah tujuh hari, Permen pengendalian BBM ini baru akan diterapkan pada kendaraan dinas milik pemerintah, BUMN dan BUMD terlebih dahulu.Di mana, kendaraan tersebut tidak boleh lagi mengisi bahan bakarnya dengan BBM bersubsidi. “Mereka cuma boleh menggunakan pertamax,” katanya.
Setelah itu, 60 hari kemudian atau pada Agustus, giliran kendaraan milik pribadi yang menggunakan mesin 1500 cc ke atas yang tidak diizinkan menggunakan BBM Bersubsidi. Namun ini hanya akan diterapkan di seluruh Jabodetabek terlebih dahulu. Untuk Jawa dan Bali, Permen baru diterapkan 120 hari dari aturan diterbitkan,” jelasnya. Bagi pihak yang melanggar, belum ada sanksi tegas yang diberikan pemerintah, hanya larangan membeli BBM bersubsidi saja.””””””
