Bagaimana Menanggapi Keluhan/Cacat Produksi Pada Motor: Oblak, Tangki Bocor, Karatan, dll?
Fenomena yang kadang dibilng cacat produksi memang bisa terjadi dimanapun dan kapanpun serta pada merk apapun. Sejarah panjang permotoran kita memang tak bisa lepas dari yang namanya cacat produksi. Ya mulai dari tanki bocor, hoe steer obag, cat gampang ngelupas, dan sebagainya.
Terkadang kita sendiri juga bingung dan kabur apakah ini disebut cacat produksi atau memang sudah hanya segitu kualitas produksinya. Misalnya adalah ketika motor baru dalam hitungan beberapa bulan, tahu-tahu body sudah getar dan ngorok, bahkan ada yang bunyi krik-krik, sehingga ada yang menyebutnya jangkrik.

Ceritanya saat beli Tiger revo lansiran 2007 baru bebeerapa bulan cat knalpot mengelupas, lalu disarankan kompain oleh dealer AHASS 001 Dewi Sartika Cawang Jaktim. Dan tak bebrapa lama knalpot diganti baru hingga 5 tahunpun cat tetap tak ngelupas.
Nah, menghadapi ini memang tak semua dari kita tahu posedur dan mau atau bahkan bisa mengajukan komplain, dan bahkan kadang itu masuk cacat poduksi atau tidakpun banyak yang tidak tahu. saya komplain ke AHASS masalah rem yang kurang pakem mekaniknya malah bilang “memang kemampuannya segitu”.
tapi begitu dibawa ke bengkel umum, diutak-atik sembuh juga, jadi lebih pakem

lampu belakang smash lama. suka patah dudukannya. mungkin karena tumpuannya ga di rangka. tapi di braket plastik bodi. jadi rentan patah.
kalo Pulsar. generasi lama kayak P180 UG3 kayak punya ane. punya penyakit di bendik stater yang sering eror. En. kelistrikan.. BCU nya sering eror. mungkin karena UG3 gen pulsar yang pertama kalinya pake BCU jadi sering eror. tapi gen UG4 ama P220 udah bagus.
