Ya si Markuz mendapat hukuman di depan juri yakni Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme selaku penyelenggara MotoGP, karena tidak mengurangi kecepatannya di lintasan, padahal bendera kuning telah dikibarkan menyusul adanya sebuah insiden di lintasan yang melibatkan Cal Crutchlow, dan markuspun mengalami insiden serupa di titik yang sama–diduga karena adanya ceceran oli di lintasan–membuat Crutchlow dan beberapa marshal kemudian harus berjaga-jaga agar tidak terkena lontaran motor Marquez. Wew.

Setau saya bukan begitu perhitungannya. Penalty-point ini nanti diakumulasi, kalo sudah 4 maka si Pembalap harus start dari posisi terakhir. Kalo 7 point, start dari pitlane. Dan kalo 10 point, dia dilarang balapan 1x. Sementara point klasemen tetap, enggak dikurangi (Point klasemen berbeda dgn penalty-point). Jadi point klasemen Marquez tetap 233. Hanya saja Marquez harus lebih hati-hati, kalo sampe dia kena penalty lagi maka bisa jadi dia harus start terakhir. Pembalap lain yg sudah punya penalty-point ini adalah Dovizioso dan Barbera, masing-masing 1 point, akibat insiden di GP Assen yg lalu.
