Niat Kawasaki Menggantikan Ninja RR 150 2 Tak dengan Ninja 250 RR Mono, Terancam Gagal! RR Mono Kurang Laris!
Kehadiran Ninja 250 RR mono di belantara kelas 250 cc Nusantara memang dirumorkan untuk mengganti Ninja 150 RR yang masih 2 tak. Sesuai aturan pemerintah untuk memenuhi standar emisi, maka motor 4 tak lebih mudah memenuhi tuntutan tersebut. Nah berhasilkah rencana Kawasaki mengganti Ninja 150 RR 2 tak dengan Ninja 250 RR mono yang 4 tak? Mmm, nampaknya tak semulus yang di bayangkan gan!
Betapa tidak penjualan RR mono ternyata tak semoncer Ninja RR 2 tak. Bahkan ninja RR 2 tak ini masih menjadi tulang punggung penjualan Kawasaki, penjualannya masih yang paling laris dari semua type motor Kawasaki yang ada, setidaknya itu terjadi hingga April tahun ini, mm mau diskontinyu gimana gan wong masih laris. Berdasarkan data Aisi, total penjualan Kawasaki selama periode Januari hingga April 2014 mencapai 46.782 unit. Pada Januari 2014 tercatat sebanyak 8.188 unit telah terjual, Februari mencapai 12.226, Maret sedikit menurun dengan perolehan 10.127 unit dan April melonjak tajam dengan pencapaian 16.241. Dari semua penjualan itu Ninja RR menjadi penyumbang paling tinggi dengan penjualan mencapai 13.751 unit. Posisi kedua dihuni “sang adik” Ninja R dengan 8.650 unit. Sementara di posisi ketiga ditempati KLX 150S dengan raihan 5.754 unit. Adapun Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI juga terjual 2.272 unit Ninja 250 standar terjual sementara versi ABS sebanyak 854 unit. Nah, Ninja RR Mono yang belum lama ini dipasarkan sepanjang April 2014 sebanyak 729 unit Ninja RR Mono telah terjual sedangkan versi ABS-nya sebanyak 88 unit. Sementara itu, model streetfighter dari Ninja 250 yakni Z250 telah terjual sebanyak 593 unit di sepanjang tahun ini.
Nah, mau diskontiny gimana wong masih laris gan, nampaknya sejauh ini Kawasaki masih belum berhasil menggantikan Ninja RR dengan RR mono.

waktu launching memang dijelaskan line produksinya share dg RR 2 tak, Kenaikan produksi RR gradual dengan penurunan produksi 2 tak. Yg perlu dilihat bukan hanya sales statistic karena faktor ketersediaan berpengaruh, Tapi juga daftar inden.
Produk diskontinu itu bukan hanya karena ga laku, seperti CS-1 ya. Tapi juga krn kebijakan pabrik, dlm hal ini terkait emisi.
1. Banderol terlalu “wuedyan” untuk ukuran motor CKD yg membuat calon pembeli pasti akan berfikir 2 kali untuk meminang ini atau ninja 250 2 silinder seken. KMI terlalu terlena akan sanjungan positif eforia RR Mono.
2. Turunkan derajat dan benturkan dengan kelas 150 fairing karena dari dulu kunci sukses strategi geng ijo adalah menghindari head to head langsung dengan kompetitor, taruh harga di kisaran 33 – 35 juta.
3. Kurangnya sosialisasi baik di media elektronik maupun media cetak. (cukup menggelikan karena ada beberapa anggota klub ninja 150 yg sampai saat ini belum mengetahui keberadaan RR Mono)
