Yamaha Manjakan Konsumen di Pos Jaga dan Bengkel Jaga Lebaran
JAKARTA-Bulan Ramadhan yang tahun ini bertepatan dengan 40 tahun Yamaha Indonesia membuat mudik dan lebaran bareng Yamaha menjadi lebih nikmat. Yamaha menyediakan 8 pos jaga dan 54 bengkel jaga untuk para pemudik di titik-titik yang tepat.
Pos jaga dibuka 24 jam dan bengkel jaga jam 08.00 – 17.00 dalam aktivitas Yamaha Jaga Lebaran (YJL). Pos Jaga menyediakan fasilitas one step rest dan safety check. One step meliputi rest area, cek kesehatan, musholla, MCK, makanan ringan dan minuman. Safety check menyediakan servis gratis dan busi gratis. Pemudik di pos jaga juga bisa mendapatkan spare part diskon 20%. Yamaha juga memberikan informasi seputar mudik, wifi 24 jam, telpon dan sms gratis.
Service gratis di pos jaga (23 – 31 Juli), program gratis busi di pos jaga dan bengkel jaga Yamaha, yang juga berlaku di wilayah Jabodetabek di bulan Juli (1 – 31 Juli) dimana Yamaha memberikan 7.000 buah voucher diskon sebesar Rp 25 ribu khusus untuk pengguna motor Yamaha. Kupon tersebut dibagikan di Jakarta Fair.
”Pos Jaga dan Bengkel Jaga tersebar di area Yamaha DDS 1 (Jabodetabek), DDS 2 (Jawa Barat), DDS 3 (Semarang), DDS 4 (Bali), DDS Mandiri (Madiun, Kediri), Territory 4 (area Jawa Timur), Lampung, Palembang, Makassar. Pemudik dan konsumen biasanya ramai banget menyambangi pos jaga dan bengkel jaga Yamaha. Dengan fasilitas yang disediakan kami berharap ikut membantu kelancaran mudik mereka,” ujar M.Abidin, GM Service & Motorsport Yamaha Indonesia.
Untuk wilayah Jabodetabek, Pos Tajur-Bogor dan Pos Serang-Balaraja paling ramai oleh pemudik. Mereka yang menuju Bandung, Cianjur dan Sukabumi memanfaatkan pos jaga Tajur dan yang mengarah ke Lampung, Palembang dan Jambi beristirahat di pos Serang. ”Biasanya mereka beristirahat semalam lalu melanjutkan perjalanan lagi. Selain untuk istirahat, pemudik juga memanfaatkan servis gratis. Diperkirakan arus balik mencapai puncaknya di hari Jumat dan Sabtu ini saat karyawan kantor sudah libur,” ujar Tanto dari bagian service DDS 1.
Sementara di wilayah Makassar, Yamaha menyediakan bengkel jaga di 3 titik paling ramai arus mudik yaitu Maros, Gowa, Polman. Dari Maros pemudik menuju Pare-Pare, Bone, Pinrang, Palopo. Gowa ke Takalar, Bantaeng, Bulukumba. Polman ke Sulawesi Barat. ”Sebagian besar adalah pekerja pabrik dan pedagang yang kampungnya di luar Makassar. Sabtu malam ini puncak arus mudik di 3 area itu Maros, Gowa dan Polman,” ucap Aguz Z dari bagian service Makassar.
