Jokowi Buktikan Kata-katanya: 200 Nelayan Malaysia Ditangkap
Beberapa waktu lalu James Bon tulis sebuah artikel dengan tema bahwa Jokowi bakal tegas pada kapal atau nelayan asing yang nekat nyolong ikan di Indonesia. Nah ternyata hal itu kini menjadi kenyataan. Koran terbitan Malaysia melansir berita bahwa setelah Jokowi memerintahkan penegasan itu kini telah ada 200 nelayan ilegal Malaysia di tangkap.
Semoga ke depan lebih baik lagi, pasalnya memang banyak kapal asing yang nyolong ikan di mari gan! Sebuah fakta gila terungkap, ternyata Prsiden Jokowi mendapat laporan bahwa saat ini kapal-kapal pencuri ikan yang beredar di perairan Indonesia sebanyak 5.400 kapal. Woh ngeri banget, jumlahnya itu lho ngiilani.
Sebuah kabar berhembus bahwa pada tahun 2001, Indonesia mengalami kerugian hingga Rp 30 triliun akibat illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing yang terjadi di wilayah perairan Nusantara. Hal itu dinyatakan oleh Organisasi Pangan dan Pertanian Dunia (FAO). Bahkan dikatakan Presiden Joko Widodo, kerugian akibat illegal fishing bisa mencapai Rp 300 triliun jika dibiarkan dalam beberapa waktu ke depan. Nah dengan begini bisa diminimalisir keluarnya kekayaan alam dari Indonesia.
