Yaris Plat Merah Modif Ceper Ini Ramai Diobrolin Di Internet
Sebuah penamapakan Toyota Yaris yang merupakan mobil dinas berpelat nomor BK, yang boleh jadi adalah kendaraan dinas di Medan, kini ramai dibincangkan di internet. Pertama bahwa kok tumben mobil dinas menggunakan Yaris, biasanya Avanza, Xenia, dan sebagainya. Ke dua mobil dinas ini ternyata dimodif agak terlihat ceper. B0lehkah?
Fenomena ini ternyata pernah ngetrend terjadi di BADUNG dan diangkat ke forum diskusi dunia maya pada akhir tahun lalu. Ya sejumlah Pejabat dan para wakil rakyat di Kabupaten Badung, daerah Bali, kerap memodif kendaraannya meski berpelat merah. Yang dimodifikasi pada mobil dinasnya rata-rata adalah di bagian velg dan aksesoris interior.
Ternyata di daerah Badung, para pejabat seperti saling memamerkan jenis mobil dinas para pimpinan SKPD. Selain velg, audio dan sejumlah interior juga dipermak agar lebih kinclong. Kabag Aset Setda Badung, Wayan Pujapun angkat bicara, bahwa pengubahan aksesoris mobil dinas sepenuhnya tanggung jawab pengguna. Hal itu dianggap wajar dan tidak bertentangan dengan Permendagri Nomor 17 Tahun 2007, yakni Pedoman Teknis Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah yang disebutkan bahwa pengelolaan barang milik daerah sepenuhnya kewenangan Sekda, selaku pembantu pengelolaan bagian aset Setda, katanya yang penting dikembalikan dalam kondisi utuh ketika berakhir menjabantya.
Bijimana menurut agan sekalian? Tentang fenomen serupa yang kini terjadi di Medan sesuai gambar di atas?

kalo mengacu pada undang undang memang tidak menyalahi aturan, tp kembali kepada etika sebagai pejabat nengara seharusnya pengguna kendaraan dinas alangkah lebih bijak apabila tetap membiarkan kendaraan pada kondisi standart. bagaimanapun juga kendaraan yg dimodif diluar spek standart akan mengurangi umur part terkait padahal pemeliharaan kendaraan dinas tetap dibebankan pada anggaran pemerintah.
