Pembalap Honda Dimas Ekky Selangkah Mendekat Ke MotoGP
Salah satu bibitpembalap Indonesia kini nampaknya mulai menapakkan kaki di dunia balap internasional dan mampu bersaing. Yup, pebalap binaan PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), Dimas Ekky Pratama kini mampu finish di posisi 10 CEV Spanish Championship kelas Moto2 European Championship seri kedua di sirkuit Barcelona Catalunya, Spanyol. Ini jalan menuju MotoGP gan.
Dalam kesempatan ini Dimas Ekky Pratama memulai balapan pada posisi ke-13 berdasarkan hasil kualifikasi sehari sebelumnya di sirkuit Catalunya, Spanyol (20-21/6). Pada sesi warm up ia mampu berada di posisi ke-8 dengan catatan waktu 1.48.904. Dan saat race pebalap Indonesia langsung ngacir dengan motor 600cc, melewati beberapa pebalap di depannya dan mengakhiri balapan sebanyak 17 putaran pada posisi 10 dengan catatan waktu 31.12.371. Dimas Ekky Pratama dalam tim Astra Honda Team Asia kini menempati posisi ke-10 klasemen sementara CEV Spanish Championship kelas Moto2 European Championship 2015.
