Bahwa Elanto seorang aktifis menggelar aksi menegor rombongan Moge yang melanggar lampu merah kemudian dibahas luas di dunia maya, dan kemudian menjadi fenomenal. Nah berikut pesan-pesan Elanto yang ditulis di situs jaringan berita sosial, Rappler, curahan hati Joyo ditulis secara lengkap oleh Famega Syavira Putri.
Bagaimana menurut agan sekalian?
oke mungkin Rider-rider Moge tersebut “benar” dibalik lindungan “pasal karet”, ada hal lain yang ane cermati, beberapa Moge tersebut ada yang pake Lampu Rotator dan Sirine, Mengacu pada UU Nomor 14 Tahun 1992 dan Pasal 72 PP Nomor 43 Tahun 1993, tentang Prasarana dan Lalu Lintas, bahwa isyarat peringatan dengan bunyi yang berupa sirene hanya dapat digunakan lima jenis kendaraan.
Lima jenis kendaraan itu adalah kendaraan pemadam kebakaran yang sedang melaksanakan tugas termasuk kendaraan yang diperbantukan untuk keperluan pemadam kebakaran, ambulans yang sedang mengangkut orang sakit, kendaraan jenazah yang sedang megangkut jenazah, kendaraan petugas penegak hukum tertentu yang sedang melaksanakan tugas, dan kendaraan petugas pengawal kendaraan Kepala Negara atau Pemerintah Asing yang menjadi tamu negara.
sekarang apakah Moge tersebut termasuk dalam Lima Kendaraan yang disebut pasal diatas? kenapa kok tidak ditindak dan malah dikawal?
Moge itu termasuk ambulan, karena bawa orang sakit jiwa.

Sedangkan di Peraturan Pemerintah RI Nomor 44 Tahun 1993 tentang Kendaraan dan Pengemudi pasal 66 disebutkan lampu isyarat berwarna biru hanya boleh dipasang pada kendaraan bermotor petugas penegak hukum tertentu, dinas pemadam kebakaran, penanggulangan bencana, ambulans, unit palang merah, dan mobil jenazah
Sementara pasal 67 menyebutkan lampu isyarat berwarna kuning hanya boleh dipasang pada kendaraan bermotor, untuk membangun, merawat, atau membersihkan fasilitas umum. Kemudian untuk menderek kendaraan, pengangkut bahan berbahaya dan beracun, limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun, peti kemas dan alat berat, kendaraan yang mempunyai ukuran lebih dari ukuran maksimum yang diperbolehkan untuk dioperasikan di jalan, dan milik instansi pemerintah yang dipergunakan rangka keamanan barang yang diangkut.
Apakah beberapa Moge tersebut termasuk dalam daftar kendaraan yang disebut pasal diatas??
