Wah Menarik Nih Honda Berikan Layanan Khusus di Hari Pelanggan Nasional
Sebuah apresiasi dair PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) bersama jaringan main dealernya dalam menyambut Hari Pelanggan Nasional dengan mengadakan beragam kegiatan khusus Mas bro. Pembesar Honda turun langsung menyapa dan melayani pelanggan setia Honda di berbagai wilayah di Tanah Air. weh joz gan!
Yup, bu Istiyani Susriyati, GM Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) AHM turun langsung mengunjungi rumah salah satu konsumen Honda di Kendal, Jawa Tengah untuk menyerahkan Sepeda Motor Honda Scoopy PGM – FI. Di lain tempat tepatnya di Pontianak, pak Wedijanto Widarso GM Technical Service Division AHM juga turun langsung mengantarkan unit New Honda Sonic 150 ke rumah konsumen di Kota Katulistiwa ini pada hari ini (4/9/15).
Ini adalah bisa dikatakan silaturahmi langsung manajemen Honda dengan pelanggan, dimana hal ini juga dilakukan oleh jajaran pimpinan main dealer Honda yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, seperti Mitra Sendang Kemakmuran – main dealer Honda area Banten, Sinar Sentosa Primatama – Main dealer area Jambi. Begitu juga dengan jaringan main dealer Honda yang berada di bawah Astra Motor yang berada di Jakarta, Palembang, Mataram, Balikpapan, Pontianak, dan Jayapura. CEO Astra Motor Sigit Kumala pun turut melayani konsumen di diler dan bengkel resmi Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) Astra Motor Jakarta (4/9).
Paket Safety Riding dan Pak Gaban
Sementara itu main dealer Hondajuga menggelar kegiatan yang menarik gan, CV Hayati, main dealer Honda area Sumatera Barat misalnya, dengan mengusung tema “Special gift for bikers” memberikan kado spesial berupa paket safety riding kepada 30 tukang ojek terpilih berupa rompi motor, sarung tangan, dan Helm SNI (4/9).
CV Indako Trading Co. di Hari Pelanggan ini memberikan pesan saffety riding gan. Main dealer Honda area Sumatera Utara ini bersama 14 dealernya melakukan “Birthday Surprise” kepada konsumen pengguna sepeda motor Honda yang berulang tahun tepat di tanggal 4 September dengan memberikan bingkisan berupa Kue Tart, Helm SNI, Oli AHM, dan busi.
Selain itu konsumen Honda juga dapat menikmati promo khusus. PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara area Riau bekerjasama dengan 16 AHASS Capella Service Center yang berada di provinsi Riau memberikan paket promo “Pak Gaban.” (4/9). Promo khusus ini memberikan jasa pemasangan ban secara gratis, bagi konsumen yang ingin melakukan penggantian ban. Selain itu, Main dealer Honda yang berada di bawah jaringan Astra Motor juga memberikan promo diskon sebesar 10% untuk jasa service dan 5% untuk pembelian parts (4/9).
Apresiasi pelanggan juga dikemas dalam kegiatan lain. PT Daya Adicipta Mustika – main dealer Honda area Jawa Barat mengajak 30 konsumen yang berulang tahun di bulan September untuk tour mengelilingi Kota Bandung menggunakan bus tingkat wisata (Bandros)-(5/9). Sementara itu, di Surabaya, PT Mitra Phinastika Mulia – main dealer Honda area Jawa Timur, menggelar City Rolling dengan melibatkan 70 pelanggan, komunitas, dan anggota Owner Honda Card (OHC) (4/9).
Kegiatan serupa juga dilakukan oleh beberapa main dealer Honda lainnya, seperti PT Trio Motor – main dealer Honda area Kalimantan Selatan dan Kalimantan Tengah, Astra Motor Balikpapan, Astra Motor Makasar, dan CV Anugerah Perdana – main dealer area Sulawesi Tengah.
