Wah Serem, Guru Pukul Murid Pakai Mistar Kayu hingga Pinsan Lalu Tewas
Sungguh naas nasib Yusri Hasan Muhammad, seorang siswa di SMA Negeri 7, Kecamatan Moti, Kota Ternate, Maluku Utara, ia harus menghembuskan nafasnya yang terakhir setelah ia dipukul oleh gurunya yang masih honorer menggunakan Mistar kayu sepanjang 66 sentimeter.
Kejadian ini menurut regional Kompas Ternate berawal dari Yusri yang awalnya ditampar karena kesalahannya mengenakan seragam olahraga, padahal saat itu semua siswa berseragam batik. Boleh jadi karena merasa ditantang, FM guru Honorer mengambil mistar kayu lalu memukulkannya tepat di bagian kepala korban hingga hidung Yusri mengeluarkan darah dan mulut mengeluarkan busa. Yusri langsung pingsan dan mengembuskan napas terakhirnya dalam perjalanan menuju puskesmas.
Kasus ini kini dalam penanganan Kepolisian. Menurut keterangan Humas Polres Ternate Iptu Siswanto, Senin (12/10/2015), FM bersama barang bukti kini diamankan di Mapolres Ternate untuk penyidikan. Sudah ada 3 saksi yang merupakan teman Yusri yang diperiksa. Pelaku bakal dikenakan pasal berlapis, yaitu Pasal 351 ayat 3 KUHP dan Pasal 81 UU Perlindungan Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 dengan maksimal hukuman 9 tahun penjara,” kata Siswanto.
tekanan pekerjaan seorang guru saja sudah terasa berat. gak kek dosen. membina 40-60 murid per kelas bukan perkara gampang. dan personal yang tempramental bisa jadi tambah kambuh sakit kejiwaannya itu. serasa gak wajar memukul di bagian kepala dengan benda lumayan keras. sudah sepantasnya perekrutan pengajar di sekolah harus diperketat kualifikasinya. jangan person yang punya sakit jiea kek emosinal labil ya ga usah dijadikan pengajar di situ. cocoknya orang gitu pengajar penjahat2 dalam penjara.
