Nenek-nenek Tewas Tertabrak Mobil Saat Nyebragni Jalan Tol, Siapa Salah?
Satu hal yang cukup memilukan dan seharusnya tak perlu terjadi, bahwa pada Kamis (7/1/2016) pagi kemarin, Sholihah (60) warga Ketapang, Suko menyeberangi jalan tol Waru, Sidoarjo di KM 19.400, ia tewas seketika setelah ditabrak mobil Suzuki Swift Nopol W 1581 NT yang dikemudikan Deni Indra (23), warga Sidokare Asri, Sidoarjo yang melaju dengan kecepatan tinggi. Ya namanya di tol, pasti mobilnya kenceng-kenceng. Deni Indra yang berangkat kerja, tak menyadari jika ada perempuan yang menyebrang jalan.
Kini Deni Indra langsung menjalani proses penyidikan Satlantas Polres Sidoarjo. Menurut AKP Bayu, Kasat Lantas Polres Sidoarjo proses hukum tetap berjalan, hanya saja perlu diketahui bahwa jalan tol merupakan jalur khusus yang sudah diatur dalam Undang-undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan.
Sementara itu Kepala Jasa Marga Surabaya-Gempol, Raddy Lukman menuturkan bahwa sebenarnya sudah ada tanda larangan bagi warga sekitar masuk di ruas jalan tol dengan memasang pagar penutup yang menjadi pembatas antara jalan tol dengan permukiman warga. Selain itu juga sudah ada sosialisasi pada masyarakat yang tinggal di dekat tol.
Sebuah kenyataan bahwa masyarakat yang ingin ke sawah harus berjalan sekitar 3,5-4 kilometer jika melewati jembatan penyeberangan, dan jika melewati jalan raya, warga harus berjalan sejauh 6-7 kilometer. Dulunya sebelum ada tol warga deket saja ke sawah. Karena itulah mungkin nenek-nenek ini nekat nyeberangi tol.
Ya seperti lingkaran hitam yang tak berujung. Sebagian masyarakat ingin cepat dengan membuat tol lewat kebijakan pemerintah. Sebagia lagi belum punya pengetahuan atau kesadaran akan aturan jalan bebas hambatan, beda kepentingan, beda sudut pandang,beda latar belakang pendidikan, beda lain-lain. Siapa salah, rakyat kecil yang belum sadar aturan? Pemerintah yang belum total sosialisasi? Atau perusahaan Jasa Marga yang megang kendai? Hemm, nampaknya perlu kerja bareng mengatasi hal ini gan!

salah yang nyebrang. dan yang nabrak harus bebas dari tuntutan apapun. karena jalan tol harus steril dari manusia, apalagi ini nyebrang.
dulu di jagorawi juga sering begini, tpai lama2 masyarakatnya sendiri yang sadar karena banyak banget yang mati ketabrak. mereka akhirnya jadi mikir kalo nyebrang jalan tol = mempertaruhkan nyawa.
