Gara-gara Salip-salipan, Polisi Tembak Pedagang Buah
Oknum polisi, Aiptu ER ditahan Propam Polda Kaltim setelah melepaskan dua kali tembakan dan melukai seorang pedagang buah naga. Insiden terjadi ketika Poniman, si pedagang buah naga, bersama Hermanuel, tetangganya, sedang mengendarai mobil dalam perjalanan pulang dari Banjarmasin, Kalimantan. Menurut warta kota di Kilometer 48 di Kecamatan Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara, Poniman kemudian menyalip sebuah mobil hitam yang ditumpangi ER. Usai disalip, kemudian aksi kebut-kebutan dan saling mendahului terjadi. Lalu belakangan pak polisi mengeluarkan 2 kali tembakan.
Menurut dugaan, selain kebut-kebutan, juga keluar ledekan yang tak bisa diterima ER hingga ia mencabut pistolnya dan melepaskan dua kali tembakan. Menurut Kabid Humas Polda Kaltim Kombes Fajar Setiawan, Selasa (9/2/2016). tembakan tidak langsung mengarah ke korban tapi ke arah lain hanya terjadi pantulan peluru lalu melukai korban.
Pasca kejadian Propam Polda Kaltim menahan dan memeriksa ER sejak Sabtu (6/2/2016) karena dianggap telah melampaui asas proporsional dan tidak mengikuti prosedur saat mencabut pistol lalu melepaskan tembakan, padahal hanya kasus lalulintas
