AHM Dapat Gelar Pemberi Layanan Terbaik versi Contact Center Service Excellence Award (CCSEA) 2016. Setidaknya ini bukti komitmen AHM dalam menciptakan kepuasan dan kebanggaan konsumen akan produk dan layanan Honda gan. Dalam kesempatan ini ada 3 penghargaan CCSEA 2016 disabet AHM yaitu penilaian dengan predikat tertinggi (Exceptional) dalam kategori Call Center, dan predikat Excellent pada kategori Social Media melalui facebook Astra Honda Care dan twitter @astrahondacare yang baru berumur satu tahun. Penghargaan yang telah diterima 5 kali secara berturut-turut sejak 2012 ini diserahkan di Hotel Mulia, Jakarta (6/4).
Menurut GM Honda Customer Care Center AHM Istiyani Susriyati perusahaan menempatkan prioritas tinggi untuk dapat selalu menyediakan informasi terkini serta menjawab kebutuhan konsumen secara cepat dan tepat. Berikut statmen bu Isti ketika menerima penghargaan tersebut:
“Kami menyadari kepuasan dan rasa bangga konsumen terhadap produk dan layanan kami merupakan hal utama. Melalui semangat Satu Hati, kami terus berusaha memberikan pelayanan yang melampaui ekspektasi konsumen. Tidak hanya cepat tapi juga dapat memberikan solusi tepat dan tentunya disertai sumber daya terbaik.”
CCSEA 2016 diselenggarakan oleh Majalah Service Excellence bekerjasama dengan Carre-Center for Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Penilaian dilakukan selama periode Juli-Desember 2016 dengan memantau kinerja dari 183 merk Contact Center dengan 4 indikator utama, yaitu access, system & procedure serta people.
Bohong tuh, Sparepart mahal banget, kualitas ga seberapa, pelayanan aftersalesnya kurang, ane dan keluarga ane pemakai motor Honda. ane yang pemakai honda Beat tahun 2010 pernah ditipu mekanik berapa kali, ditambah pelayanan maksimal terhadap pelanggan kurang.
lebih suka mengganti dibanding memperbaiki, padahal mekanik yang handal itu kalo dia pintar dalam menemukan masalah lalu mendapatkan solusinya serta memperbaiki semaksimal mungkin, ini justru ngga sama sekali. sampe sekarang jadi pemakai NCB tetap aja kecewa.
ibarat nya servis ke AHASS itu terpaksa.
mana mekaniknya muda2 trus jam terbangnya masih kurang.
kalo udah ketemu mekanik atau bengkel yg lebih handal, ga bakal ke AHASS lagi.
