Honda Sonic Infastion Digelar di 8 Kota, Tantang Nyali Pelajar
Honda Sonic Infastion Digelar di 8 Kota oleh PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), jelasnya gan menantang adrenalin dan nyali para pelajar di 8 kota besar di Indonesia. Gelaran yang diramaikan oleh kompetisi Gymkhana ini memperebutkan 2 unit New Honda Sonic 150R bagi pelajar mau pun masyarakat umum. Gelaran tahun ke kedua ini dimulai di Tangerang dan Semarang (28/5), Tangerang dan Tasikmalaya (4/6), Medan (23/7), dilanjutkan di Solo dan Makassar (30/7), dan ditutup di Surabaya (6/8). Acara ini didukung oleh jaringan sepeda motor Honda yaitu PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (Jakarta-Tangerang), PT Daya Adicipta Motora (Jawa Barat), Astra Motor Semarang (Jawa Tengah), Astra Motor Makasar (Sulawesi Selatan), PT Indako Trading Co. (Sumatera Utara) dan PT MPM (Jawa Timur).AHM bersama jaringan main dealernya mengajak masyarakat dan pelajar sekolah di tingkat SLTA di 8 lokasi di Indonesia untuk menyaksikan aksi tanpa batas jagoan Honda berupa kompetisi Gymkhana, Honda Speed Challenge, Gymkhana Coaching Clinic dan test ride Honda Sonic 150R. Pemenang di final battle kompetisi Gymkhana kategori umum dan pelajar akan mendapatkan masing-masing 1 unit Honda Sonic 150R. Final battle akan berlangsung di Surabaya yang diikuti setiap juara dari setiap kota penyelenggaraan.
Kompetisi Gymkhana merupakan adu ketangkasan dan kecepatan menggunakan sepeda motor Honda Sonic 150R dengan jarak lintasan sepanjang 100 meter. Lintasan khusus dengan beberapa cone harus dilalui peserta dan adu cepat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang sudah disepakati. Kompetisi ini membutuhkan nyali dan ketrampilan pengendara yang didukung oleh motor yang lincah untuk melalui cone namun tetap responsif saat dikendarai.
