Madiun Dilanda Banjir Pagi ini, 4 Desa Terendam. Ya, pagi ini Rabu (28/9/2016), Madiun terendam banjir akibat luapan anak Sungai Bengawan Madiun dan buruknya saluran air setelah hujan deras mengguyur semalaman mengguyur. Ngutip dari statmen rekan-rrekan James Bons yang tinggal di Madiun diperkuat statmen Kepala Bidang Kedaruratan dan Logistik BPBD Kabupaten Madiun Heri Suyoko yang dikutip dari netralnews, bahwa 4 desa terrendam ini adalah Desa Tempursari dan Desa Mojorayung di Kecamatan Wungu, Desa Bacem di Kecamatan Kebonsari, dan Desa Sumberejo di Kecamatan Madiun. Jalur padat seperti Wilayah Tawang belakang Terminal, wilayah Rejomulyo, hingga daerah Wonosari Bacem Kebonsai, lalu areal Dolopo arah dagangan juga terrendam banjir.
Di daerah-daerah tersebut di atas, air menggenangi jalan dan juga masuk ke sejumlah rumah warga. Puluhan rumah warga tergegnang, diperkirakan mencapai 60-an rumah warga yang terendam air.
Penyebab Madiun Dilanda Banjir Pagi ini
Banjir ini disebabkan air kiriman dari anak Sungai Bengawan Madiun di lereng Gunung Wilis Terutama setelah diguyur hujan semalaman. Selain itu banjir diduga disebabkan karena sistem saluran air yang buruk akibat penumpukan sampah ataupun minimnya resapan.
Menurut BPBD wilayah madiun areal yang berada di aliran Bengawan Madiun. Anak Sungai Bengawan Madiun yang melintasi kecamatan tersebut selalu meluap jika ketinggian air Bengawan Madiun meningkat.
Himbauan BPBD adalah bahwa warga di daerah rawan banjir untuk waspada sehubungan dengan Madiun Dilanda Banjir Pagi ini, jika hujan deras turun selama berjam-jam atau semalaman penuh. Jika air terus meluap, warga diminta mengungsi ke tempat yang lebih aman.

- Desa Bibrik di Kecamatan Jiwan dan Desa Pagotan Kecamatan Geger juga tergenang air.
- Mujiono, warga Desa Tempusari yang lingkungan rumahnya terendam air mengatakan, air mulai menggenangi jalan hingga masuk ke sejumlah rumah warga pada Rabu pagi sekitar pukul 05.00 WIB. Ketinggian air berkisar antara 40 hingga 70 centimeter. 3 dukuh di Desa Tempursari yang terendam air. Desa tersebut menjadi lokasi langganan banjir setiap hujan deras mengguyur selama lebih dari emat jam.
Menurut catatan Data BPBD beberapa wilayah Madiun Dilanda Banjir Pagi ini antaranya:
- Kecamatan Balerejo,
- Madiun,
- Wungu,
Banjir juga Melanda Ngawi
Selain wilayah Kabupaten Madiun, sejumlah desa di Ngawi dan kelurahan di Kota Madiun juga terpantau terjadi banjir akibat luapan Bengawan Madiun.Kawasan banjir di antaranya di Desa Simo, Tirak, d an Sumengko di Kecamatan Kwadungan, Kabupaten Ngawi, serta di Kelurahan Tawangrejo, Rejomulyo, Kelun, dan Nambangan Kidul Kota Madiun. Air yang menggenang mengganggu aktivitas warga.
