Pak Polisi Ini Dibilang Pencitraan Karena Merekam Kejadian Debat dengan Tertilang. Kejadiannya adalah karena kalim yang berbeda antara tertilang dan penilang, kemudian karena pakpolisi ini minta rekannya ngrekam, maka tertilang mengklaimbahwapak polisi ini hanya mencari-cari kesalahan dan penctraan saja.
Dalam kejadian ini ya bukan kapasitas James Bons untuk mengatakan mana yang benar dan mana yang salah. Karena tak melihat secara langsung kejadiannya. Versi tertilang ia tidak melanggar aturan lalin, sementara versi polisi tertilang melanggar.

“Sebelumnya ijinkan saya share video dan foto ini, bukan utk menjatuhkan pihak2 tertentu. Kejadiannya barusan saat saya pesan aplikasi ojek online dari ITC Mangga Dua ke Cikini. Si mas pengemudinya (bernama Mas Yohanes) kena tilang padahal SIM dan STNKnya lengkap. Alasan dia ditilang krn melanggar lampu merah padahal jelas2 saya lihat (krn saya duduk di belakang mas-nya) lampu masih hijau. Knpa dia marah besar? krn jelas dia tdk bersalah dan taat peraturan apalagi dia anak Hukum (mhswa smstr 6 di salah satu kampus ternama di Jakarta) yg sdh pasti tahu peraturan dan perundang-undangan. Karena kemarahannya hal ini malah jadi kesempatan bagus utk polisi tsb meminta tolong temannya dan pedagang asongan utk merekam aksi marahnya si pengemudi (Semacam bentuk pencitraan). KESIMPULANNYA: saya berharap semoga Hukum selalu bersikap adil di negara kita ini dan jangan pernah takut dgn yang “berdasi” atau “berbaju seragam” selama kamu paham ilmunya dan tdk bersalah dan terakhir, cuma mau bilang akhir tahun sdh dekat hati2 kena tilang. *Salam hormat.
