Daihatsu Feroza Recall 50.000 Unuit
Brader sekalian para HOMOSEK alias Hobi Mobil Seken, ada sebuah kabar dari Daihatsu nih seputar recall Feroza. Bertempat di Red Square Arcadia, Senayan (14/4), PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) mengumumkan program penggantian komponen Daihatsu Feroza. Penggantian komponen ini dilakukan atas hasil identifikasi adanya potensi keretakan pada komponen Check Valve saluran buang bahan bakar, yang disebabkan karena faktor usia kendaraan. Dalam kondisi terburuk, dapat terjadi kemungkinan yang memicu terjadinya kebakaran. Jumlah total unit yang teridentifikasi dalam program ini adalah 51.993 unit (produksi tahun 1993-1998).
“Program ini merupakan bentuk komitmen Daihatsu untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggannya. Meskipun sudah tak diproduksi sejak 13 tahun lalu dan lewat masa garansi pabrikan, kami tetap memberikan perhatian yang terbaik demi kenyamanan konsumen Daihatsu,” ujar Amelia Tjandra, Marketing Director PT. ADM. Program ini juga telah dilakukan di Amerika Serikat, Australia, Jepang dan beberapa negara di Eropa. Bagi para pemilik Feroza, bisa menghubungi Daihatsu Access : 500898 (PSTN) atau 89898 (HP) untuk diaturkan jadwal penggantian komponen ke bengkel terdekat.
“Seluruh biaya penggantian Check Valve saluran buang bahan bakar dan jasa penggantiannya, tidak akan dibebankan kepada customer. Pelanggan cukup menunggu selama sekitar 1 jam, dan kendaraan siap digunakan kembali,” tutur Ahmad Syaufi, Technical Service Division Head PT. ADM.
