Setelah Adlun Fiqri minggu lalu yang di tahan lalu hanya numpang cukur rambut doang ekekek “datang gondrong pulang botak” dan beberapa hari kemudian dibebaskan, kemudian hari Sabtu kemarin Elanto yang mengupload kasus seorang kenek akan memberikan sesuati pada polisi di Jogja Wetan, kini ada lagi kasus serupa yang diupload hari ini oleh sebauh akun FB Akhmad Jokam Gems dengan menyertakan teman “Aksi pungli Polisi Tebet-Jakarta Selatan”. Vidio ini menuai pro dan kontra di kalangan netizen.

Ya, vidio yang diupload 12 jam lalu (sejak artikel ini diturunkan) kini telah diklik sebanyak 4,185 Views dan dishare sebanyak 175 shares. Dan jelasnya menuai pro dan kontra dikalangan para netizen.
“Pronya adalah bawasanya ini untuk menunjukkan pada masyarakat bahwa ada yang namanya nitip tilang. Dari situ banyak netizen yang kemudian mendukung aksi si pengupload vidio ini dan menyalahkan polisi.
Selain itu banyak juga yang kontra dengan memandang bahwa tertilang seharusnya tidak membayar titipan denda, melainkan membayar sendiri atau ke pengadilan sendiri dengan membawa bukti surat tilang. Toh dengan kalau nitip tilang itu salah, kenapa pula tertilang juga mau titip tilang.
Selanjtunya para netizen juga banyak yang mengecam, kenapa tertilang mengaku dosen, profesor dan sebagainya, ini menurut para netizen menimbulkan penafsiran kalau dosen itu gak bisa ditilang dan arogan. Sebagian lagi berpendapat ini kesalahan bersama, kenapa pula tertilang yang juga ikut andil bersalah “bila nitip tilang itu disalahkan” justru mengupload vidio ini.
Nitip tilang sendiri memang masih debatable, bisa bener bisa juga tidak. Biasanya kita diminta tandatangan di surat tilang warna merah lalu dengan tarif terrendah, lalu uangnya dititipin ke pak polisi berikut surat tilangnya. Nah kalau kita bayar di Bank kang berarti kita ngaku salah dan dikenai tarif tertinggi. Ya berkhusnuzon aja ke pak polisi bahwa itu memang dilaporkan ke negara, kan memang setiap surat tilang ada nomor registrasi dan laporannya.
