Bale Santai Honda Jadi Tempat Istirahat Ribuan Pemudik di Jawa Barat
PT Daya Adicipta Motora (DAM) selaku distributor utama sepeda motor dan suku cadang Honda di Jawa Barat memberikan kenyamanan bagi seluruh masyarakat yang melakukan perjalanan mudik dan arus balik tahun ini. Sebanyak 7.105 pemudik dari berbagai kota mengunjungi 5 titik lokasi yang dibangun khusus sebagai “Bale Santai Honda” sejak tanggal 22 – 29 Juni 2017.
Fenny Hasibuan, General Manager Honda Customer Care Centre (HC3) DAM mengatakan, Pemudik yang menggunakan sepeda motor di wilayah Jawa Barat di dominasi oleh pemudik dari Bogor, Sukabumi, Cianjur menuju arah Bandung dengan mengunjungi Bale Santai Honda Ciranjang – Cianjur untuk beristirahat dan melakukan pengecekan sepeda motor. Sedangkan, Bale Santai Honda Rajapolah – Tasikmalaya di dominasi oleh pemudik asal Bandung dan sekitarnya yang melakukan perjalanan menuju Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, dan Pangandaran.
“Kami senantiasa untuk terus memberikan layanan terbaik, dengan mendampingi konsumen setia Honda selama perjalanan mudik di Jawa Barat melalui Bale Santai Honda. Pemudik dapat beristirahat dan menikmati fasilitas yang telah kami sediakan yang beroperasi selama 24 jam non stop,” ujar Fenny.
Pemudik yang datang ke lokasi dimanjakan dengan beragam fasilitas seperti jasa service motor gratis, discount spare part, ruang istirahat dengan fasilitas AC, TV-DVD serta Play Station, makanan dan minuman ringan serta tajil gratis. DAM juga memberikan fasilitas akses free WiFi dan pijat gratis bagi para pengunjung “Bale Santai Honda”.
“Bale Santai Honda ini sangat membantu saya untuk tempat istirahat disaat perjalanan mudik, asyik ada fasilitas servis, pijat kaki dan makanan minuman gratis juga,” ujar Hendriyana pemudik dari Bandung menuju Garut.
Fasilitas bagi para pengguna sepeda motor Honda berupa tenda Honda yang didirikan di sepanjang jalur mudik ini sudah dimulai sejak tahun 2003. Dari tahun ke tahun jumlah pengunjung selalu mengalami peningkatan.
“Pada tahun ini, rata-rata setiap harinya Bale Santai Honda di Jawa Barat dikunjungi oleh 800-900 sepeda motor Honda. Kami dan jaringan Dealer serta AHASS terus berkomitmen memberikan layanan “Satu Hati” untuk konsumen sehingga dapat memberikan nilai lebih bagi konsumen,” tutup Fenny.
