Keputusan Batasan Kendaraan Bermotor Ditunda, Bikers Kasih Apresiasi
Gerakan Aliansi Menentang Pembatasan Motor (Gampar) menyalurkan aspirasinya tentang masalah perluasan wilayah pembatasan sepeda motor
Gonjang ganjing masalah uji coba perluasan wilayah pembatasan sepeda motor semakin marak ni GAn. Bahkan sampai membuat kelompok tertentu yang menggerakkan massa untuk menyalurkan aspirasinya tentang hal tersebut.
Sabtu (9/9/2017) ternyata Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta menunda uji coba perluasan wilayah pembatasan sepeda motor. Langkah tersebut langsung diapresiasi oleh Road Safety Association (RSA), sebagai inisiator Gerakan Aliansi Menentang Pembatasan Motor (Gampar). Yang tasinya berniat melaksanakan aksi turun ke jalan oleh ribuan bikers langsung dibatalkan. Lalu diganti dengan penyampaian pendapat dan sikap di LBH.
Inisiator Gampar dalam konferensi pers Rio Octaviano mengatakan bahwa mereka sangat mengapresiasi Pemprov DKI Jakarta yang sudah menunda keputusan pelarangan kendaraan bermotor. Namun, mereka tetap akan mengawal kebijakan pemerintah terkait peraturan yang mendiskriminasi para pengguna sepeda motor.
Beberapa hal yang diminta oleh kelompok ini yaitu mereka meminta kepada pemerintah dalam memberikan peraturan yang akan diterapkan yang tidak berpihak kepada para pengendara motor, RSA menuntut untuk menghentikan seluruh bentuk informasi yang membuat panik dan tidak solutif yang justru memperkeruh kondisi masyarakat. Juga rakyat masih nyaman dengan beraktifitas dan mencari pendapatan dengan menggunakan motor, dibanding menggunakan transportasi publik yang belum optimal.
Mereka juga meminta agar pemerintah mencabut Pergub Pemprov DKI Jakarta Nomor 195 tahun 2014 dan membatalkan rencana penertiban Pergub baru tentang perluasan sepeda motor, hingga adanya naskah akademik yang menunjukan dasar pertimbangan yang teruji, menghitung dampak ekonomi dan tidak diskriminatif sehingga semua mansyarakat merasa diperlakukan sama dan adil.
