Diakabarkan pula bahwa pria muda yang seharinya bekerja sebagai pedagang sate jengkol, yang kini bisa disebut begal ini terancam pasal berlapis akibat perbuatannya terhadap N (16). PElaku bisa dikenakan pasal berlapis mulai dari UU No 23 tahun 2002 perlindungan anak, pasal penganiayaan pasal 351 ayat 2 serta pasal perampokan 365 ayat 2 dengan dengan ancaman kurungan 20 tahun. Kasubag Humas Polres Pematangsiantar AKP Matius Barus menjelaskan bahwa memang pelaku bisa dijerat pasal 365 KUH Pidana.
