Ia kini terancam kurungan penjara maksimal empat bulan disebabkan ia melawan petugas. Kemudian pe ngemudi ini musti bayar denda karena surat kendaraan tidak lengkap. Jelasny aia kena Pasal 216 KUHP karena tidak menuruti perintah petugas Polri, juncto UU 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, karena tidak membawa SIM dan STNK, dengan denda sebesar satu juta rupiah.
