Adapun korban adalah Kevin yang merupakan warga Dusun Kates Dsa Pejangkungan Kecamatan Prambon Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Yang terlibat tabrakan dengan Korban yang ketika itu mengendarai motor New CBR150R warna merah dengan ban kecil atau ban cungkring adalah sebuah mobil toyota Avanza Putih (atau nampaknya sylver)

Jadi mas bro Kevin yang warga Desa Pejangkungan Prambon Sidoarjo yang mengendarai Honda New CBR 150 R ini ketika itu sedang melaju dengann kecepatan tinggi dari utara ke selatan di wilayah Kajar Tenguli. Nah pas sampai depan apotek Mitra Sehat kecamatan Prambon Kabupaten Sidoarjo ada mobil Toyota Avanza dari arah selatan mau nyeberang ke kanan masuk ke apotek. karena disinyalir motor melaju dengan kecepatan tinggi, maka tabrakanpun tak dapat dihindarkan.
Motor rusak cupu parah pada bagian depan hingga kiri dan kanan. Fairing New CBR150R warna merah ini ancur berantakan. Adapun mobil Toyota Avanza ini mengalami ringsek bagian kiri belanga setelah bertabrakan dengan mptpr tersebut.
Pasca tabrakan, korban tak sadarkan diri dan kemudian dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Medika untuk mendapatkan pertolongan, sementara keluarga korban kemudaian datang mengurus pengobatan dan insiden kecelakaan ini.
Yang menjadi catatn beberapa warganet adalah sepertinya motor Honda CBR150R modif ban cacing ini tidak menggunakan rem depan. Sehingga ketika ada insiden mendadak atau ada kondisi yang menuntut mengerem mendadak, menjadi kurang pakem dalam pengereman, maka terjadilah kecelakaan ini.
Yup, semoga mas bro Kevin ini segeradiberi kesembuhan, dan semoga ini menjadi pembelajaran buat kita semua, meski kecelakaan itu takdir, teteapi setidaknya kita sudah berusaha untuk safety dengan menggunakan piranti yang dirumuskan pabrikan yang telah memperhitungkan safety tidaknya sebuah produk motor.
