Buku Fiqih Lalu Lintas ini diterbitkan dengan tujuan memperkuat pesan moral dalam berkendara yang aman dan nyaman di negeri kita ini gan. Dan ini adalah sebagai salah satu cara untuk dapat mengingatkan masyarakat dalam berkendara melalui sebuah buku.
Yup gan, saat gelaran acara #PestaCariaman 2.0 yang di adakan di Kampus UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya pada Kamis (10/1), buku Fiqih Lalu Lintas ini pun diluncurkan. Ada Ketua Jurusan Pemikiran Islam UINSA Muchammad Helmi Umam, S.Ag, M.Hum , Wakil Ketua Yayasan AHM Ahmad Muhibbuddin, juga Kasubdit Dikyasa Ditlantas Polda Jatim, AKBP Eko Hengky Prayitno. Diumumkan juga para pemenang Vlog serta Photo Competition berkenaan tentang Safety Riding yang diikuti oleh 43 vlogger dan 30 fotografer dari 24 kota. Dan acara ini juga dimeriahkan oleh standup komedian Dodit Mulyanto gan.
Ahmad Muhibbuddin Wakil Ketua Yayasan AHM mengungkapkan bahwa penyampaian pesan keselamatan berkendara dengan telaah akademis menggunakan perspektif nilai-nilai relegius ini memang ini yang pertama kali gan. Dan diharapkan mampu menjadi modal baru bagi para penggiat safety riding agar selalu mengingatkan para pengguna jalan betapa pentingnya berkendara yang aman juga berkontriusi dalam menciptakan kenyamanan di jalan.
Salah satu Tim Penyusun Fiqih Lalu Lintas, Muhammad Lathoif Ghozali, mengungkapkan bahwa Fiqih sebagai sebuah disiplin ilmu dalam agama Islam memberikan sebuah aturan yang lebih jelas tentang teknis yang persuasif yang ditaati seorang muslim. Fiqih Lalu Lintas ini memiliki tujuan agar melindungi dan memperbaiki kualitas kehidupan muslim dalam menggunakan jalan raya dengan merujuk pada peraturan yang berlaku dari nilai-nilai sakral yang ada pada ajaran Islam yang bersumber pada Alquran, Hadis, dan maslahah mursalah.
Dan buku ini juga terbagi dua bagian utama. Yaitu pertama ada tuntunan Islam dalam Berkendara yang menjelaskan bagaimana perintah taat aturan lalu lintas, larangan melanggar aturan lalu lintas, juga kejahatan berkendara kewajiban menggunaan atribut safety riding. Yang Kedua menjelaskan tentang Meraih Surga dari Balik Kemudi yang menyuguhkan paparan tentang doa-doa selama perjalanan, adab berkendara, nasionalisme jalanan dan tadarus jalanan. Buku ini semakin atraktif dan mudah dibaca karena dilengkapi dengan beberapa seruan berkendara aman yang dikemas dalam karikatur dan slogan-slogan dengan kalimat-kalimat yang lebih memukau gan.
