Mas bro, kemungkinan besar ini adalah motor-motor yang mau Sunmori, alias SUnday Morning Ride. Namun malah ketilang. Yup pasalnya dalam postingan TMC Polda Metro Jaya ini, baik fb, IG, maupun Twitter, memposting kejdaian ini dengan beberapa motor sport yang nampak ketilang.
Nah, itu mas bro, vixionnya pake knalpot racing juga ketilang. Jelasnya bisa lihat pada gambar di bawah ini!
Mas bro, beberapa warganet menyampaikan bahwa penilangan ini lantaran ada keluhan warga yang merasa kebrisikan atas knalpot ini. Namun itu baru konon.
Aturan Ambang Batas Kebisingan
Yup mas bro, penilangan motor menggunakan knalpot racing memang ada aturan bakunya. Landasan hukumnya adalah Pasal 285 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Bunyi lengkap pasalnya yaitu :
Setiap orang yang mengemudikan Sepeda Motor di Jalan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan teknis dan laik jalan yang meliputi kaca spion, klakson, lampu utama, lampu rem, lampu penunjuk arah, alat pemantul cahaya, alat pengukur kecepatan, knalpot, dan kedalaman alur ban sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 106 ayat (3) juncto Pasal 48 ayat (2) dan ayat (3) dipidana dengan pidana kurungan paling lama 1 (satu) bulan atau denda paling banyak Rp 250.000,00 (dua ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah).
Aturan ini diperkuat oleh Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No. 7 Tahun 2009. Dalam aturan ini dikelompokkan bahwa ada ambang batas tingkat kebisingan berdasarkan kapasitas isi silinder mesin sebagai berikut:
- Sepeda motor bermesin maksimal 80 cc ambang batas kebisingan 77 dB
- Sepeda motor bermesin antara 80-175 cc ambang batas kebisingan 80 dB
- Sepeda motor bermesin di atas 175 cc ambang batas kebisingan 83 dB

Mas bro, dalam postingan di atas, redaksi Bonsaibiker masih bertanya-tanya. Sebenarnya moge ini Ditilang Karena Knalpot Racing Atau Karena Plat Nomor?
Kalau dari penampakan mge Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R ini plat nomor belakangnya ngumpet di kolong jok. Lalu plat nomor depan gak ada. Mungkin itu yang jadi alasan ditilang. Namun pak polisinya menyatakan bahwa ini adalah penilangan gara-gara kenlapot bising.
Sayangnya gambarnya gak ada yang dari sebelah kanan mogenya mas bro, sehingga bisa valid membuktikan.
Atau mungkin juga dua-duanya, masalah plat nomor juga, knalpot juga, masih belum tahu persis mbah.
