Bonsaibiker.com – mas bro sekalian, sebuah berita dari polisi terkait pemburu satwa langka. Ya, diberitakan ada Pemburu Satwa Langka Ditangkap Polisi Gara-gara Diviralkan Warganet. Jadi pemburu ini awalnya selfie dengan tangkapannya, lalu kemudian warganet merasa geram akan hal ini. Warganet membuat postingan ini viral, lalu kemudian si pemburu ditangkap polisi.
Mas bro sekalian, penembak satwa dilindungi ini adalah atas nama JM alias AZ (17) Remaja asal Kecamatan Cikeusik, Kabupaten Pandeglang. Ia kemudian diamankan polisi atas informasi masyarakat utamanya usai viral di sosmed dan laporan polisi LP/08/VII/2019/Banten/Res Pandeglang/Sek Cikeusik, tanggal 25 Juli 2019.
Kronologis Penangkapan Pemburu Satwa
Yup mas bro, ikhwal penembakan hewan langka ini terjadi pada hari Rabu, 24 Juli 2019 lalu kurang lebih pukul 17.30 wib. Tempat penembakan adalah di kampung Cibuluh Rt 004 Rw 001 Desa/Kecamatan Cikeusik Kab Pandeglang tepatnya disamping rumah pelaku. Jadi ceritanya pada saat pelaku pulang dari sawah dengan membawa senapan angin dan kemudian melihat seekor burung yang diduga burung garuda atau sering disebut elang Jawa. Burung ini memang jelas dilindungi pemerintah. Ketika itu burung elang ini sedang hinggap disalah satu dahan pohon dan kemudian pelaku menembak burung tersebut dan burung tersebut mati.
Mas bro sekalian, kemudian sekitar pukul 20.00 wib pelaku melakukan foto selfi dengan objek foto burung yang sudah mati dengan dua sayap dibentangkan menggunakan kedua tangan pelaku lalu pelaku. Hal ini seperti nampak pada foto di atas. Akhirnya pelaku memasak burung tersebut dengan cara dipanggang dan dimakanya sendiri. Sekitar pukul 22.00 wib pelaku memfosting foto selfi dengan obyek burung tersebut ke media facebook dengan akun atas nama AZAM PANGLIMA KUMBANG. Dalampostingan tersebut caption yangdigunakan adalah “Hobiku adalah bidikan yang paling tepat BURUNG GARUDA “.
Dasar Hukum
Yup, lantaran burung ini dilindungi, maka bisa dikatakan bahwa Kkegiatan pelaku melanggar Pasal 21 ayat 2 a jo pasal 40 ayat 2 Undang undang No. 5 tahun 1990. Yaitu tentang koserfasi sumber daya alam Hayati dan ekosistemnya. Pasal ini memuat ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama 5 tahun dan denda paling banyak 100 juta.
Nah mas bro.Warganet ramai tak terima hal ini. Warganet membuat postingan ini jadi viral. Akhirnya Polisi melakukan tindakan. Yaitu Mengecek TKP, Membuatkan LP, Mengamankan terduga pelaku, Meminta keterangan Saksi-saksi, Mengamankan BB. Kemidian polisi melaporkan kepada Pimpinan, Koordinasi dg BKSDA untuk mengidentifikasi satwa tersebut memastikan bahwa ini satwa yg dilindungi. Selanjutnya polisi juga Koordinasi dengan Bapas mengingat bahwa terduga pelaku masih dibawah umur.
Barang Bukti yang ikut diamankan Sisa bulu dan kepala burung yang diduga burung garuda /Elang Jawa, 1(satu) pucuk senapan angin merek Sharf . @polres_pandeglang.
