Mas bro sekalian, kejadian ini memang menuai pro dan kontra warganet, satu sisi ada yang menyalahkan pengendara N-max gak memberi jalan, wongoambulan mau lewat. Di sisi lain, banyak juga yang menyelahkan kenapa ambulan harus dikawal, padahal kata pak polisi itu udah dilarang. Berikut ini beberapa komentar warganet yang pro maupun kontra :

Polisi Melarang Pengawalan Ambulance
Mas bro, beberapa waktu lalu memang pernah memberi himbauan bahwa ambulan tidak usah dikawal.Klub atau apa, dilarang memberikan pengawalan pada ambulan. Jadi mas bro, Mobil ambulans tidak boleh dikawal oleh kalangan sipil. “Yang boleh mengawal dan mempunyai wewenang untuk mengawal (mobil ambulans) adalah Polri. Karena itu menyangkut Kamseltibcar.
Peraturan ini tertuang dalam Pasal 12 UU No 22 Tahun 2009 tentang LLAJ, bahwa Penyelenggaraan di bidang Registrasi dan Identifikasi Kendaraan Bermotor dan Pengemudi, Penegakan Hukum, Operasional Manajemen dan Rekayasa Lalu Lintas, serta Pendidikan Berlalu Lintas, dilakukan oleh Polri.
Jadi komunitas apapun dalam UU lantas tidak punya wewenang dalam mengawal ambulans. Bila itu terjadi maka (berpotensi) melanggar Pasal 287 ayat (4), dengan pidana kurungan paling lama 1 bulan atau denda paling banyak Rp 250.000.!

Dilema juga sih.
Kalau emang gk boleh, harusnya pak polisi disetiap pos penjagaan/pas lg ngatur lalu lintas harus sigap jika ada ambulan lewat.
Masalahnya yg sy temui secara real, sering ambulan mau lewat dibiarin saja ama pak polisi, kadang malah gk didahulukan.
Dan yg komen” bully diatas, sy curiga itu model” orang” yg hanya penuh dengan teori, kliatan dr tata bahasa komenanya. Secara real paling juga mereka” trmasuk yg gk mau ngalah jk ada ambulan lewat… Dgn dalih ah, itu ambulan kosong, oknum sopir ambulan… Wkkkk
