Ha ini dilakukan pada Selasa (27/8/2019). Kali ini Banser Laporkan Dugaan Pencemaran Nama Baik Terkait Sipil Beratribut TNI. Ya, beberapa waktu lalu ada video viral TNI memberhentikan sipil pake mobil berpelat TNI di Tol Tangerang-Merak.
Banser datang ke Markas Denpom Jaya/1 Tangerang dalam rangka klarifikasi video viral. Yaitu vidio dimana TNI tangkap sipil beratribut TNI di ruas jalan tol Tangerang, Yang oleh penyebar vidio dikatakan sebagai anggota Banser.

Konon mas bro, vidio ini awalnya viral di akun Instagram @tnilovers18 yang kemudian dimuat ulang oleh beberapa akun Facebook yang gamblang menuliskan ormas Banser. 2 postingan ini memang kemudian viral di dunia maya. Bahkan memang hingga kini masih banyak postingan yang menyebut gamblang kata Banser dalampostingan tersebut.
Menanggapi hal ini maka Sekretaris GP Ansor Provinsi Banten Khoirul Huda menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya melaporkan tindakan dugaan pencemaran nama baik organiasai ini kepada Polres Metro Tangerang Kota. Menurut pria ini, dalam video ini ada captionnya menjelekan dan menyudutkan Banser.
Mas bro, dalam akun Instagram @tnilovers18 memuat kabarnya memuat statmen berikut :
“Setelah diperiksa di Kantor Polisi Militer, ternyata pengendara tersebut adalah seorang anggota ormas yang akan apel ke pacarnya.Dia mengaku anggota TNI Sespri pejabat Militer,”
Kini mas bro, Huda beserta anggota Banser lainnya bakal n mengawal kasus di atas hingga tuntas dan ditemukan oknum di balik akun Facebook bernama Agus tersebut.
Kejadian dalam Vidio
Menurut Huda ini, ngutip dari tribum kejadian ini memang benar namun sudah terjadi sejak bulan April 2019 silam. Tepatnya adalah pada tanggal 26 April 2019, sekitar jam 15.00 WIB. TKPnya adalah di dekat Rest Area Karang Tengah. Kemudian kini ada beberapa oknum yang menyebarkan kembali video ini.
Lebih lanjut menurut keterangan Huda ini, sebenarnya mobil tersebut orang sipil yang kebetulan punya rekanan di TNI. Tepatnya majikan dari orang sipil tersebut. Jelasnya menurut sumber ini sipil yang ditangkap merupakan sopir dari seorang anggota TNI. Ketika itu menurutnya sipil ini tengah membantu majikannya. Yaitu membeli bahan-bahan untuk membangun rumahnya di Tangerang Selatan.
Makanya, lebih lanjut menurut Huda, ini tidak ada sangkut pautnya dengan organisasi-organisasi masyarakat apa lagi dengan Banser. Hal terebut murni urusan pribadi.
