Kronologis peristiwanya adalah sebagaimana dishareoleh akun fb Roziqin Muhammad Abdul keinfo cegatan jogja pada 2 jam lalu sebagai berikut :
Kasus seorang anak bawa sabit untuk
meminta hp yang disita oleh gurunya
lantaran bermain game terus-terusan kini berakhir dengan damai. Sang anak meminta maaf dan membuat surat perjanjian.

Seorang siswa laki-laki SMPN 5 Ngawen, Gunungkidul kedapatan sedang bermain ponsel di dalam kelas saat jam pelajaran. Hal itu diketahui oleh Guru pendidikan agama Islam. Sang guru langsung menyita ponsel milik muridnya tersebut.
Penyitaan ponsel tersebut berdasarkan peraturan di SMPN 5 Ngawen, bahwa setiap siswa tidak boleh membawa ponsel. Apabila siswa kedapatan membawa ponsel, maka ponsel itu akan disita dan akan dikembalikan setelah siswa membuat surat pernyataan yang diketahui oleh orang tua atau wali murid. Ponsel yang disita guru, menurut aturan sekolah, bisa juga diambil oleh orang tua atau wali murid.
Hari Jumat (6/9/2019)
Pukul 07.00 WIB
Siswa tersebut datang ke sekolah dan mengikuti apel. Dia juga sempat mengikuti kegiatan membaca di perpustakaan. Namun, memasuki jam pelajaran berikutnya, dia membolos sekolah.
Pukul 09.15 WIB
Siswa tersebut tiba kembali datang ke sekolah tanpa mengenakan seragam dan membawa senjata tajam berupa sabit. Sesampainya di luar pagar Sekolah, dia berteriak meminta agar ponselnya dikembalikan.
Berselang 29 detik, akhirnya sang Guru mengembalikan ponsel tersebut dengan cara dilempar ke lantai.
Usai menerima ponselnya kembali, siswa tersebut langsung keluar dari halaman sekolah dan tidak mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Pukul 09.00 WIB
Polsek Ngawen mendatangi SMPN 5 Ngawen untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan mempertemukan siswa dan guru yang menyita ponselnya.
Pukul 15.30 WIB
Kepala Disdikpora Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Bahron Rosyid memanggil Kepala SMP N 5 Ngawen untuk mengklarifikasi kejadian tersebut.
Akhirnya, kepala sekolah mengakui kejadian tersebut dan akan melakukan pembinaan terhadap siswa tersebut agar kejadian serupa tidak terjadi lagi.
Demikiankelanjutan kasus ini semogabisamenjadi pembelajaran buat kita semua, amin.
