- Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia No. 10 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengaturan Lalu Lintas Dalam Keadaan Tertentu dan Penggunaan Jalan Selain Untuk Kegiatan Lalu Lintas (“Perkapolri 10/2012”).
Jadi ini pemblokiran jalan yang digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi, diantaranya untuk acara pernikahan, kematian, atau kegiatan lainnya. Maka jalan yang dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi ini adalah jalan kabupaten, jalan kota, dan jalan desa. Ini diizinkan apabila ada jalan alternatif. Nah, pengalihan arus lalu lintas ke jalan alternatif tersebut harus dinyatakan dengan rambu lalu lintas sementara.
Izin pemblokiran atau penggunaan jalan adalah disampaikan kepada:
- Kapolda setempat yang dalam pelaksanaannya dapat didelegasikan kepada Direktur Lalu Lintas, untuk kegiatan yang menggunakan jalan nasional dan provinsi;
- Kapolres/Kapolresta setempat, untuk kegiatan yang menggunakan jalan kabupaten/kota;
- Kapolsek/Kapolsekta untuk kegiatan yang menggunakan jalan desa.
