Yup mas kejadian seperti ini,ngeyel,nrobos palang pintu kereta, mepet, atau nggencet, bahkan matahin palang pintunya memang masih banyak terjadi di negeri ini.Lihat sja beberapa kasus yang telah kita share sebelumnya :
- Emak-emak Hajar Palang Pintu Kereta Ampek Patah, Bablas Bae
- Pemotor Ditendang Penjaga Palang Pintu Kereta Lantaran Nekat Nrobos, Kata Ntizen, Kamis Suka Keributan!
- Nyrobot Palang Pintu Kereta, Ditilang Deh di Sidoarjo
- Emak-emak Jatuh Usai Trobos dan Kecantol Palang Pintu Kereta, Duh Nekat
Nah mas bro, di palang pintu kereta memang kebanyakan hanya dijaga petugas KAI saja. Tidak dijaga polisi, makanya banyak yang berlaku seenaknya. Padahal sungguh berbahaya yang demikian ini.
Selain berbahaya yasebenarnya melanggar hukum. Nah mas hal ini diatur dalam :
- Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas Angutan Jalan (LLAJ) Pasal 114 bunyinya adalah : Pada pelintasan sebidang antara jalur KA dan jalan, pengemudi wajib berhenti ketika sinyal sudah berbunyi dan palang pintu KA sudah mulai ditutup, serta wajib mendahulukan kereta api.
- UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2007 tentang Perkeretaapian, Pasal 124 menyatakan yaitu ‘Pada perpotongan sebidang antara jalur kereta api dan jalan, pemakai jalan wajib mendahulukan perjalanan kereta api’
Yup mas broo, kalau melakukan pelanggaran atas aturan itu, akan dikenakan denda paling banyak Rp 750.000 hingga tiga bulan penjara. Hemm, tapi di marimasih banyak pelanggarnya masbro. Nekad bener.
