Kejadian truk tangki terperosok di perlintasan kereta ini adalah di Balangdono, Babat, Lamongan, pada hari ini, Rabu (25/12/2019) pukul 05.38 WIB. Tepatnya di depan AKR, Desa Kebalandono, Kecamatan Babat, Lamongan.
Yup mas bro, liat share berita dari suara surabaya, Suprapto Humas Daop 8 Surabaya menyjelaskan bawha 3 KA yang tertahan alias delay ini adalah :
- Pertama KA Maharani jurusan Surabaya-Semarang Poncol tertahan di stasiun Pucuk.
- Ke dua KA Sancaka Utara tujuan Surabaya-Solo-Kutoarjo tertahan di stasiun Lamonga.
- Ke 3, KA Harina tujuan Bandung-Surabaya tertahan di Stasiun Babat.
Masih dari sumber di atas, diketahui bahwa truk tangki tersebut terperosok di KM 167+6/7 petak jalan antara Stasiun Pucuk-Gembong. Jalur tersebut merupakan lintas jalur utara antara Surabaya Pasar Turi-Bojonegoro.
Seperti nampak dalam foto di atas, truk ini melintang menghalangi jalur KA hulu dan hilir. Makanya semua jalur double track terhalang. Selanjutnya petugas mengupayakan evakuasi mas bro dengan tahapan berikut :
- Pada pukul 07.30 WIB dilakukan proses evakuasi penarikan truk.
- Pukul 07.50 WIB, material masih tersisa 30 cm dari jalur hulu.
- Pukul 08.00 WIB proses pelepasan per daun truk yang tersangkut pipa gas Petrokimia.
- Pukul 08.55 WIB jalur rel sudah aman dan bisa dilalui dengan aman.
Pasca dipastikan aman, KA Maharani jadi kereta yang pertama melintas. SElanjutnya pihak PT KAI Daop 8 Surabaya mohon maaf sebesar-besarnya pada para pelanggan atas terganggunya pelayanan pada hari ini. Ya faktornya adalah faktor eksternal berupa terhalangnya jalur rel oleh truk yang melintang karena kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas.
Mas bro sekalian, truk tangki naas ini ternyata bermuatan solar industri milik PT Sinar Bacan Khatulistiwa.
Kronologis kecelakaan
Menurut Kasatlantas Polres Lamongan, AKP Danu Anindhito Kuncoro Putro yang telah mendapatkan data dari olah TKP dan keterangan saksi, diksinyalir pengemudi ngatuk. Lakalantas tunggal truk tangki bernopol L 9683 UO itu bermula saat melaju dari arah barat ke timur dengan kecepatan 50 kilometer per jam.
Pengemudi truk yang bernama Eko Purwanto (33) asal Banyuwangi, ini diduga mengantuk, sehingga menyebabkan kendaraanya selip lalu oleng ke kanan jalan dan menabrak median jalan.
Truk ini kemudian bablas ke tengah rel kereta dan baru bisa berhenti setelah posisinya melintang di jalur kereta api.
Dalam truk tersebut terdapat lagi satu orang penumpang yang berada di dalam truk tersebut yakni Samingan (45) warga Tuban.
