Beli mur panjang/long nut umuran M8(engkol 13an) sekalian baut ukuran 12an ke toko baut..
Untuk ukuran ini pajang long nut yg umum mudah dijumpai hanya 20mm jadi kalo mau nambah brp cm nanti ya tinggal kalikan aja sesuai kebutuhan, misal mau naik 6cm berarti masing² shock butuh 3biji long nut atau 6biji untuk kedua belah shock..Sebagai contoh USD sy tinggikan 6cm maka rincian belanjanya sbb :
Long nut M8 6x 2500=15000
Baut 12an 7,5cm 2×8000=16000
Jadi total pengeluaran sy adalah 31rb..
Potong kepala baut lalu rangkai seperti pd gambar dan keraskan dg dikontrak..

Proses Pemasangan
Proses pemasangan simple aja gak usah smp ngelepas roda depan atau USD secara keseluruhan tapi cukup kendorkan baut pengunci shock yg atas(engkol 10an) lalu buka penutup atas(engkol 22an), kalo sudah pasang baut ekstensi yg sudah kita bikin tadi lalu pasang kembali..
Jangan lupa pd pemasangan tiap² bagian keraskan kuncian dg cara dikontrak ya..
Kalo kondisi seal masih oke alias shock pd awalnya td dpm kondisi normal maka gak perlu nambah minyak suspensi..Dan TaraTaraaaaaa jadi deh, dijamin tambah cangkrang…
Waktu pengerjaan mulai awal smp selesai gak smp 15menit kelar kok, sy kerja sendiri gak ada yg bantu..Sebenarnya kalo mau lebih irit cukup pake 1long nut+ 1baut + satu mur untuk mengunci jg bisa kuat, tapi kok sy kurang sreg aja jd yg dipake ya seperti uraian diatas itu..
