Cara Pembalap AHM Menjaga Kebugaran

Ya, kita pastinya banyak di rumah, dan sedikit bergerak. Namun ini bukan berarti tidak menjaga kondisi ideal tubuh lho mas bro. Biar tubuh kita tetap bugar dan siap beraktifitas lagi saat konisi kembali normal. Nah, yuk kita intip Cara Pembalap AHM Menjaga Kebugaran di Rumah Saat Pandemi Corona ini. Yakni para peblap Astra Honda Racing Team (AHRT).
Ternyata mas bro, para pebalap binaan PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) ini punya pola latihan secara rutin. Mereka ini melakukan gerakan olahraga ringan tiap hari lho mas bro.
Salah satunya kita intip yuk, pembalap dari AHRT yang bernama Irfan Ardiansyah ini mas bro. Yup, cowok asal Ungaran, Jawa Tengah ini kini berlaga di Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) kelas Supersport (SS) 600. Manteb lho, geber jet darat 600 cc mas bro. Nah, doi ternyata untuk menjaga kekuatan tubuh doi latihan merata semua bagaian. Yakni bagian atas, bawah, dan core body (tubuh bagian tengah).
Simak nih mas bro yang dilakukannya tiap hari:
- Push up dan sit up 20 reps (gerakan naik turun) sebanyak 4 set.
- Plank ataupun hanging masing-masing 1 menit, selama 3 set.
- Triceps dips 20 reps (menggantungkan badan dengan kekuatan lengan) sebanyak 3 set.
- Berolahraga cardio seperti lari sejauh minimal 4 km per hari, dengan mengutamakan keamanan tentunya.
- Terkadang diganti dengan sepeda statis selama 45 menit.
Menurut kang Irfan ini,olehraga ini dilakukan sesuai porsi dan kekuatan tubuh masing-masing. Untuk para pebalap ini menurut kang Irfan musti push up 20 reps sebanyak 4 set. Nah kalau gak kuat, atau belum terbiasa ya cukup 2 set aja lah mas bro. Nah, selain itu kang Irfan ini jega melakukan battling rope sebagai latihan kombinasi.
Nah, bagaimana dengan para pembalap AHM Lainnya? Mereka juga melakukan beberapa hal yang sama dilakukan kang Irfan. Namun tambahannya beda mas bro. Smak berikut ini tambahannya mas bro:
- Rheza Danica Ahrens, pebalap yang berlaga di ajang dan kelas yang sama dengan Irfan, ternyata doi melakukan hand step dan step step.
- Adapun Lucky Hendriansya, pebalap ARRC kelas Asia Production (AP) 250 asal Sidrap, Sulawesi Selatan, melakukan latihan tambahan double step.
- Herjun Atna Firdaus dan M Adenanta Putra yang berlaga di ajang dan kelas yang sama dengan Lucky, masing-masing melakukan latihan tambahan berupa skipping dan wall climbing mas bro.
- Mario Suryo Aji (CEV Moto3 Junior World Championship) dan Delvintor Alfarizi (Kejurnas Motocross) menambah menu push up with claps dan yoga mas bro.
Kontrol Makanan Agar Lemak Tidak Numpuk
Mas bro, selain menjaga kebugaran tubuh dengan olahraga, para pembalap ini musti menjaga pola makan. Pastinya mas bro, musti makan makanan bergizi dan sesuai porsi kebutuhan tubuh masing-masing mas bro. Nah berikut tip beberapa pembalap AHM ini:
- Mario rajin mengontrol asupan karbohidrat. Paling penting lagi, lebih banyak minum agar tidak dehidrasi. Minimal 8 gelas per hari.
