Dan ratusan sopir travel gelap tersebut telah mengenai pasal 308 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan Mereka dikenakan denda maksimal Rp 500 ribu atau kurungan penjara maksimal 2 bulan.
Dan untuk pemudik yang terciduk diminta balik kembali ke Jakarta atau tempat asal mereka dan diharap tidak mengulanginya lagi.
