Nah X ternyata kemudian menjual motor beserta surat-suratnya kepada Fulan, melalui makelar. Dan sayangnya jual beli itu tidak menggunakan bukti jual beli.
Di akhir cerita, Fulan akan dilaporkan ke polisi kalo tidak mau mengembalikan motor itu. Namun hanya akan diberi 50% dari uang penjualan.
Dari cerita ini ada kemungkinan terjadi persengkongkolan antara X, Y dan makelar hingga terjadi jual beli ini. Dalam persengkongkolan ini Fulan akan di posisi lemah di mata hukum karena bisa disangkakan sebagai penadah hasil kejahatan. Akhirnya Fulan harus mau mengikuti apa kata X, Y dan makelar.
Meskipun sebenarnya (bila polisi bisa obyektif benar) Fulan punya alibi kalo dia bukan penadah (harga belinya sesuai harga pasaran), namun lemah lagi karena tidak ada bukti jual beli (kuitansi). Fulan bisa saja kuat di mata hukum, namun dia akan jadi korban penipuan oleh makelar dan X. Dan seperti kebiasaan, korban penipuan belum tentu berarti kerugian materi bisa digantikan.
Akhirul kalam, baik Fulan menang maupun kalah, dia akan rugi. Demikian pula bila dia mengikuti apa kata X, Y, dia rugi uang 50% dari yang sudah dibayarkan untuk beli motor itu.
