Yang tipe GLS V6 SE, masih ditambah jok kulit dan electric sunroof, bisa kelihatan lebih leg mas bro. Untuk type GLS V6 hanya menyediakan transmisi otomatis. Sedangkan untuk mesin 2000cc tesedia dengan transmisi manual dan otomatis.
Selanjutnya pada tahun 2003 PT HMI merakit sendiri Trajet di Indonesia. Saat itu PT HMI cuman nyediain varian GLS 2000cc dengan 2 pilihan transmisi. Memang tampilan versi CBU dan CKD rada beda, yaitu pada letak posisi antene radio. Pada versi CBU, letak antene berada di kaca kiri belakang, di versi CKD terdapat di atap, atas pengemudi.
Pada paruh tahun 2003. PT HMI kembali meluncurkan Trajet GL8 berkapasitas 8 penumpang. Kehadirannya mencoba bersaing dengan Toyota Kijang. Jadi bangku baris kedua nyatu mas bro.
Dari segi harga, tipe GL8 malah lebih murah dibanding GLS. Lantaran penggunaan komponen lokal untuk bangku dan beberapa bagian lain serta peniadaan seatbelt di bangku belakang.
Mas bro, pada tahun 2006 Hyundai Indonesia mulai diproduksi Trajet CVVT dengan tipe GL 7, GL 8 dan XG. Mesin masih sama dengan pendahulunya. Hanya untuk XG adalah tipe paling mewah mas bro.
