Mas bro, dalam insiden Nyolong Motor Dijual di Internet ini motornya adalah Honda Supra X 125. Motor ini milik BU (31) warga Desa Bumirejo, Kecamatan Puring, Kabupaten Kebumen. Sementara tersangka adalah DA (42) yang ternyata adalah tetangga korban sendiri. lhadalla, kok bisa-bisanya ya.
Sehubungan dengan koejadian ini, Kapolres Kebumen, AKBP Rudy Cahya Kurniawan angkat bicara. Menurutnya kasus pencurian ini terjadi pada hari Senin (14/9/2020) sekira pukul 02.00 di rumah korban.
Jdi mas bro, ketika itu tersangka melihat motor korban terparkir di depan rumah. Nah, karena kondisi memungkinkan maka motor itupun diambil dan dibawa kabur.

Jelas saja ini memudahkan tersangka mengembat motor korban. Jadi kasus pencurian ini bisa dikatakan berawal dari kelalaian korban mas bro. Dengan kata lain, aksi kejahatan ini sebenarnya tak diawali niat atau perencanaan matang oleh pelaku kejahatan.
Jadi ceritanya waktu itu korban akan melaksanakan salat subuh. Jdi pas bangun tidur, korban kaget saat mengetahui melihat motornya tak berada di tempat, raib bak ditelan bumi. Slanjutnya ya usaha sana-sis hingga lpor polisi.
Nah dari sisi si tersangka, ia mengaku bahwa mencuri motor ini lantaran himpitan ekonomi. Rencananya dia akan jual motor hasil curiannya ini secara online. Motorpun kemudian diungsikan ke rumah seorang warga di Puring untuk menghindari pencarian oleh korban.
Sementar Pelaku memposting motor ini ke Internet untuk dijual. Uman apes, belum sempat menikmati hasil colongannya, keburu aksinya terbongkar oleh jajaran Unit Reskrim Polsek Puring. Ia dicikduk bersama barang bukti pada Sabtu (10/10/2020) sekira pukul 09.00. Rupanya polisi mengendus postingannya ini mas bro, lalu menggerebeknya.
Selanjtunya ya, siapa bermain angin bakal menuai badai, tersangka harus mempertanggunajawabkan perbuatannya, ia dijerat Pasal 363 KUHP tentang Pencurian dengan Pemberatan. Ancaman kurungan paling lama 7 tahun penjara.
