Yup mas bro, peristiwa lakalantas yang melibatkan empat kendaraan ini terjadi di jalan wonosari-yogyakarta, tepatnya di padukuhan putat II, desa putat, kepanewon patuk.

Mas bro, menurut akun fb Jurnalis Singkat dalam kecelakaan karambol ini dikabarkan atu orang tewas. Adapun kendaraan yang terlibat kecelakaan ini adalah :
- mobil L300 nopol AB 8195 TK. Pengemudi Budi Nur Widyanto(25).
- sepeda motor jenis suzuki AB 6693 FW. Pengendara FX Budiman(54).
- mobil daihatsu ayla nopol AB 1522 FH. Pengemudi Ruswin Nurliansyah(28).
- sepeda motor jenis honda AB 5760 AM. Pengendara Panji(22).

Kecelakaan ini bermula saat sebuah mobil Mitsubishi L300 saat itu tengah melaju di jalan agak menikung ke kanan. Nah ternyata mobil tersebut oleng dan berjalan terlalu ke kanan. Pada saat bersamaan dari arah berlawanan datang sebuah sepeda motor jenis suzuki. Karena jarak terlalu dekat, maka tabrakanpun tak terhindarkan.
Kecelakaan belum selesai di sini, selanjutnya datang lagi sebuah mobil Daihatsu Ayla yangkemudian bertabrakan keras dengan mobil L300, tersebut.
Tak sampai di situ, ternya masih ada sepeda motor jenis Honda yang melaju di belakangnya mobil Ayla ini yang kahirnya juga menabrak pantatnya mobil Ayla tersebut.
Akibat kecelakaan ini pengendara sepeda motor jenis suzuki yang bernama FX Budiman(54) meninggal dunia setelah di larikan ke RS Nur Rohmah Gading.
Sementara itu mobil Mitsubishi L300 terguling ke pinggir jalan. Adapun mobil Daihatsu Aylanya ringsek bagian depannya. Beberapa serpihan nampah berserakan di jalan akibat kecelakaan ini mas bro.
