AHM Revitalisasi TUK
Yup mas bro, kegiatan revitalisasi ini terdiri dari 62 SMK mitra binaan AHM yang berstatus TUK standar industri dengan didampingi 27 main dealer Honda di seluruh Nusantara. Siswa dan siswi SMK binaan AHM yang belum menyandang status TUK dapat melakukan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) bersertifikasi dengan technical training level (TTL) 1 di SMK binaan berstatus TUK.
Kegiatan UKK yang dilakukan dimasa pandemic ini tentunya dilakukan dengan aturan standar protokol kesehatan. Yakni peserta dibagi beberapa batch dengan menjaga jarak serta wajib memakai masker. SMK yang berstatus TUK harus punya standar fasilitas sarana dan prasarana mendukung dalam proses UKK. Yakni ada ruang praktik, kelengkapan sarana laboratorium, variasi unit motor yang dimiliki, tools serta perlengkapan lain sesuai persyaratan dari AHM begitu pula dengan tenaga pengajar atau gurunya.
Ahmad Muhibbuddin GM Corporate Communication AHM mengungkapkan bahwa program Revitalitasasi SMK TUK ini dimulai di beberapa sekolah pada 2019. Dan pada tahun ini, AHM adakan revitalisasi TUK Astra dengan cakupan lebih luas yang berskala nasional. Agar para lulusan SMK nanti kedepannya siap masuk ke dunia kerja. Dalam hal ini AHM bekerjasama dengan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dalam menerapkan kurikulum TBSM Astra Honda yakni dalam penyusunan bahan ajar, praktik kerja di industri, uji kompetensi siswa, pelatihan dan sertifikasi guru, teaching factory (TEFA), serta laboratorium praktik standar industri.
