Di jalan tersebut terlihat banyak pemotor yang lalu lalang menyebrangi rel dan terlihat memang tanpa adanya palang pintu kereta serta petugas yang berjaga mengatur lintasan rel tersebut. Saat sebuah mobil berwarna merah terlihat akan menyebrangi rel, beberapa pemotor sudah mulai berhenti menyebrang yang ternyata dikarenakan akan ada kereta api yang lewat. Namun mobil merah tersebut bukannya langsung melaju menyebrang malah berhenti dipinggir rel tanpa ada tindakan maju atau mundur. Akirnya keretapun menyambar mobil merah tersebut.

Peristiwa kecelakaan ini terjadi di perlintasan kereta Seneja, Kecamatan Jombang pada Jumat 1 Oktober 2021 nih mas bro. Memang telah diketahui pada lintasan kereta ini tanpa memiliki palang kereta sehingga kecelakaan rentan terjadi. Mobil yang tersambar adalah mobil honda brio bernopol A 177 RA yang mengalami ringsek parah dibagian samping depan sebelah kiri akibat setelah tersambar kereta api jurusan Merak-Rangkasbitung.
