Komitmen Suzuki dalam kemajuan pendidikan otomotif di Indonesia kini kembali diwujudkan dengan diselenggarakannya sebuah program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Suzuki Peduli Pendidikan. Dalam program ini, PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor (SIM) salurkan 13 mesin industry yang dapat digunakan untuk alat praktek para siswa atau siswi di berbagai Sekolah Kejuruan di Bandung, Kebumen, Magetan dan Malang. Pemberian donasi itu dilaksanakan di Jakarta pada 7 Desember 2021.

Yup mas bro, kegiatan sosial di bidang pendidikan ini dilakukan atas kerja sama berkelanjutan antara PT SIM dengan Suzuki Supplier Club (SSC). Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka salah satu langkah untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif membantu membangun daerah-daerah di Indonesia. Selaku Managing Director, Shodiq Wicaksono mewakili PT SIM yang memberikan secara simbolis semua mesin industri tersebut kepada Chairman bidang Vokasi SSC yakni Rudy Teo.
Mesin industri yang berjumlah 13 unit yang didonasikan tersebut punya jumlah berat yang bervariatif nih mas bro. Berat mesin industri tersebut ada yang mulai dari 200 kg, 500 kg, 1.500 kg, 2.200 kg sampai 4.300 kg. Untuk jenis mesinya antara lain yaitu mesin CNC (Computer Numerical Control), Lathe (mesin bubut) juga Compressor. Dan hal ini bertujuan agar para siswa/siswi Sekolah Kejuruan dapat benar-benar mampu mengimplementasikan ilmu yang sudah dipelajarinya dengan cara yang terlatih dan tepat.
Selanjutnya setelah acara serah terima tersebut, PT SIM beserta SSC mulai mendistribusikan donasi mesin industri yang disalurkan ke sekolah-sekolah kejuruan yang ada di Bandung, Kebumen, Magetan, Malang dan beberapa wilayah lainnya. Dengan adanya penyelenggaraan program donasi ini, Suzuki sudah berhasil menjalankan program Suzuki Peduli Pendidikan yang telah merangkul 46 institusi pendidikan sejak 5 tahun terakhir.
