Sementara mobil Mitsubishi Xpander yang terlibat dalam kecelakjaan adalah mobil Xpander putih dengan nomor polisi AB 1292 DA. Mobil ini dikabarkan membawa 7 orang warga berasal dari Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Ia terjepit badan mobil yang ringsek. Bebera;a saat setelah kejadian, korban kemudian dievakuasi dan dibawa ke kamar jenazah RSUD Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen oleh relawan PMI Sragen.
