DAM Gelar Berbagai Aktivitas Lebaran 2023 Bareng Konsumen
Bonsaibiker.com – mas bro sekalian, sebuah kabar dari Bandung, khususnya dari PT Daya Adicipat Motora (DAM) Main Dealer Honda Jawa Barat, bahwa DAM Gelar Berbagai Aktivitas Lebaran 2023 Bareng Konsumen. Acara ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka menyambut bulan suci Ramadhan dan Hari Raya Idul Fitri, PT Daya Adicipta Motora (DAM) menjadikan momen spesial ini untuk menyapa seluruh konsumen setia Honda dengan tema “Semarak Silaturahmi Satu Hati”.
General Manager Honda Customer Care Centre (HC3) DAM, Fenny Hasibuan menjelaskan, kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas kepercayaan seluruh konsumen Honda yang telah memilih sepeda motor Honda untuk menemani dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari. DAM bersama seluruh jaringan Dealer sepeda motor Honda di Jawa Barat secara rutin turut serta memeriahkan acara di bulan Ramadhan dan Hari Lebaran setiap tahunnya. Berikut ini statmen bu Fenny:
“Konsumen merupakan sumber inspirasi bagi kami dalam memberikan produk dan layanan purna jual terbaik. Untuk tetap bisa menyapa dan bersilaturahmi, kami mengapresiasi loyalitas konsumen Honda dan juga New Customer Honda di Jawa Barat dengan acara yang kreatif dan berkesan sesuai dengan karakteristik konsumen, serta melibatkan konsumen secara aktif baik secara Offline dan atau Online dengan memanfaatkan Customer Database dikemas dengan nama Lebaran Nusantara,” ujar Fenny.
Selain itu, Management DAM menyapa seluruh konsumen setia Honda di Jawa Barat melalui media sosial dengan mengucapkan Selamat Menunaikan Ibadah Puasa 1444 H. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan rangkaian Creative Activity untuk meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan konsumen loyal yang dilakukan pada tanggal 12-13 April 2023 dengan melibatkan jajaran management DAM mulai dari Service Visit ke Konsumen yang memanfaatkan layanan Honda CARE, pemberian parcel lebaran untuk konsumen setia Honda, hingga buka puasa bersama yang dikemas menarik.
Acara buka puasa bersama konsumen setia Honda diisi dengan beragam aktivitas mulai dari edukasi program lebaran, aplikasi Daya Auto, program sales, after sales, dan suku cadang Honda, sosialisasi keselamatan berkendara #Cari_Aman, dan kemudian diakhiri dengan doorprize dan games seru.
Untuk melengkapi rangkaian aktivitas Lebaran Nusantara, seluruh Jaringan Dealer Honda di Jawa Barat juga melakukan kegiatan menyapa konsumen dengan beragam aktivitas selama Ramadhan seperti pemberian takjil, memberikan santunan, bakti sosial dan lain-lain.
