Rencana Fatwa Haram Soal Orang Kaya Beli BBM batal?
By Bonsaibiker.com – Brader sekalian, pada waktu yang lalu Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) sempat menilai haram bagi orang kaya yang membeli BBM bersubsidi. Tapi ternyata mas bro, keputusan itu batal, karena masalah subsidi itu bukan domain MUI.
Hal itu ditegaskan anggota Dewan Penasihat MUI, Hasyim Muzadi kepada wartawan di sela-sela acara Rembug Kebangsaan yang digelar organisasi masyarakat (ormas) Nasional Demokrat di Hotel Bumi Surabaya, Senin (4/7/2011).
“Tidak jadi, MUI tidak jadi membuat fatwa itu, karena tidak proporsional,” kata Hasyim.
Ia menegaskan, terkait rencana hukum haram bagi orang kaya yang membeli BBM bersubsidi adalah bukan domain dari MUI, tapi itu kebijakan dari pemerintah.
“Kalau MUI itu kan domainnya ilmu fiqih, hukum legal formal di dalam Islam,” katanya.
“Subsidi harus dihilangkan itu bukan domain hukum Islam tapi domain kebijakan pemerintah, maka pemerintah yang harus mengambil alih,” jelasnya.
Kalau seandainya benar-benar diharamkan, mungkin akan banyak yang berpura-pura jadi miskin ya..he he..

Masa MUI turut campur masalah urusan pemerintah yg syarat dengan politik…
Bener itu…MUI hanya ngurusin masalah fiqih ajah & jangan ngurusin dunia politik…soale masalah ini nanti larinya ke masalah Ibadah…Haram = Dosa…Halal = Pahala…nah itu semua harus berdasarkan nash yg shahih…gak bisa hanya berdasarkan kepentingan pemerintah terus langsung meng-iya-kan membuat fatwa…

MUI kadang lucu heee waktu pemilu yang ga coblos haram juga 😆
