Bonsaibiker.com – Suzuki Berikan Penghargaan Untuk Sales Motor Terbaik 2017 Di Salesman Competition 2018 ni gan. Pada 14-16 Maret 2018 yang lalu, Suzuki Salesman Competition kembali dilaksanakan di Hotel Ibis Cawang dengan diikuti 77 peserta yang berasal dari 16 daerah di Indonesia. Kompetisi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada salescounter dan salesman terbaik di seluruh dealer Suzuki Motor di Indonesia gan.
Dengan tema “Ayo, Tunjukkan Keahlianmu dan Jadilah Juara”, acara ini disambut oleh Bapak Sutisna Senjaya, selaku Section Head DND & Logistic, juga sebagai ketua pelaksana Suzuki Salesman Competition 2018. Bapak Yohan Yahya sebagai Department Head of Sales & Marketing 2W Ajang membuka acara ini. Beliau mengungkapkanrasa terimakasihnya atas kehadiran para peserta yang juga selalu bersemangat dan tetap setia untuk membangun penjualan Suzuki yang lebih baik lagi.
Salesman dan salescounter yang masuk ke babak grand final sebetulnya sudah berhasil dibabak penyisihan sebelumnya yang terdiri dari tiga periode, yaitu periode Mei-Juli 2017, Agustus-Oktober 2107, dan periode November 2017-Januari 2018. dua salescounter dan Tiga salesman yang punya data faktur penjualan terbaik akan dipilih mewakili setiap region penjualan Suzuki Motor. Seluruh peserta diseleksi melalui tiga tes. Pertama, mengerjakan 100 soal pilihan ganda tentang produk-produk Suzuki. 20 peserta terbaik ikut interview tentang proses pembelian dan keunggulan produk Suzuki yang dinilai oleh lima section head Sales & Marketing 2W sebagai juri. Trus, 10 peserta yang nilai tertinggi ikut role play, yaitu peserta diminta untuk menjelaskan produk Suzuki Nex dengan metode LPSP (Lima Posisi Sudut Pandang) kepada calon pembeli. Itulah yang menjadi pemenang.

Salesman dan salescounter Suzuki Motor terbaik dari seluruh Indonesia ini tidak hanya berkompetisi lo gan, tapi juga di kasih kesempatan melihat langsung proses pembuatan motor Suzuki di PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor Tambun II juga melihat proses plastic injection, welding, pressing, assembling, hingga final inspection. Bapak Tonie Prasetiyo Isjiyono selaku Assistant Manager of Technical Control 2W Production dan Bapak Marcus Anggraito memandu mereka. Doorprize menarik juga diberikan untuk peserta yang bisa menjawab pertanyaan tentang Suzuki pada akhir acara.
Susilo dari PT IndoJakarta Motor Gemilang Surabaya sebgai pemenang Suzuki Sales Competition 2018 ini dengan hadiah Suzuki GSX-R150 sebagai juara pertama, Venny Kurnia Zein dari PT Sejati Unggul Persada Padang mendapat Suzuki GSX-S150 sebagai juara kedua, dan Maria Winarni dari PT Indosun Semarang dengan hadiah Suzuki Satria FU150.
Dan tujuh salesman dan salescounter terbaik di ajang Suzuki Sales Competition 2018 ini adalah Sofian Hendra Roleh dari PT Papua Modern Motor memenangkan Suzuki Smash, Yuli Destianto dari PT Delta Abadi Sentosa Banjarmasin memenangkan Suzuki Address, , Nunung Ambar Cahyani dari CV Makmur Sakti Bandung memenangkan TV 32”, dan empat orang yang dapat hadiah smartphone adalah Suradi dari PT Sanggar Mas Jaya Bandung, Effie Sofia dari PT IndoJakarta Motor Gemilang Jakarta, Abdul Wahid dari PT Indosun Semarang, dan Feri Widyastuti dari PT Insan Sarana Maju Bandung.
